中文摘要:随着近年来企业对工程项目质量要求的提高,EPC总承包模式开始被业主们广泛接受,这样一种集设计、采购、施工的一体化承包模式更有利于承包商对项目全局做好统筹规划,因此成为了目前大型项目主流的承包方式。EPC总承包项目由于其具有金额大、工期长、技术要求高等特点,这就要求项目的总承包商具有极强的综合服务能力和风险应对能力,财务风险贯穿整个工程项目的始终,企业在赚取利润的同时也存在着巨大的财务风险。随着工程总承包模式的深入发展,将工程管理理论与财务风险管理理论相结合,帮助工程总承包企业提在高工程管理水平的同时控制财务风险变得尤为重要。如果没有对可能发生的风险进行全面的探索、分析并采取合理的措施加以防范,一旦风险来临将会给总承包企业带来巨大损失。本文充分考虑Y公司所处石化行业的特点,按照发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的研究思路对承包的EPC项目进行有效的梳理,找出这些项目存在的共性财务风险,并运用定性和定量的方法加以评估。在目前错综复杂的局势下,项目运营时的经济环境、法律法规、行业规范等因素都有可能成为企业风险管理的“盲点”,而企业的资金管理不到位、项目概预算制度不健全等企业项目管理等因素随时会加剧承包企业的财务风险。因此,就迫切需要寻找有效方法对公司在EPC项目上的财务风险进行管理优化,加强企业对外部环境变化的应对策略以及提高自身的风险管理意识。为实现公司利益最大化、降低不确定性因素的影响和提高行业竞争力,财务风险管理逐渐成为工程类企业的重点关注的方向,也是研究的目的所在。希望通过对Y公司EPC项目财务风险管理优化方案的归纳、总结,将财务风险管理理论与EPC项目的工作经验相结合,提高Y公司应对EPC项目风险的能力,对工程企业在EPC项目的财务风险管理有一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the improvement of project quality requirements of enterprises. EPC mode has been widely accepted by owners in the process of time. Such an integrated contracting mode of engineering, procurement and construction is more conducive to the overall planning of the project by contractors. So it has become the mainstream contracting mode of large-scale projects. Because EPC project has the characteristics of large amount of money, long construction period and high technical requirement, it requires the general contractor of the project to have strong comprehensive service ability and risk response ability. Financial risk runs through the whole project all the time. At the same time, enterprises also have huge financial risk while earning profits. With the further development of the general contracting mode, it is particularly important to combine the theory of project management with financial risk management. So, it can help the general contracting enterprises to improve the level of project management and control the financial risk at the same time. If there is no comprehensive exploration, analysis and reasonable measures to prevent the possible risks, once the risk happens, it will bring huge losses to the contracting enterprises. After due consideration, the characteristics of the petrochemical industry in which Y Company is located, this paper combs the EPC projects contracted according to the research ideas of finding, analyzing and solving problems, finds out the common financial risks existing in these projects, and evaluates them by qualitative and quantitative methods. Under the current complicated situation, this project is divided into three parts: The economic environment, laws and regulations, industry norms and other factors may become the ‘blind spot’ of enterprise risk management, while the enterprise's own factors such as inadequate capital management, imperfect budget system, delay of construction period, etc. will at any time aggravate the financial risk of the contracting enterprise. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find effective ways to optimize the company's financial risk management in EPC projects, to strengthen the enterprise's response strategies to changes in the external environment and to improve their risk management awareness. In order to maximize benefits, reduce risks and improve competitiveness, the identification and prevention of financial risks has gradually become the focus of enterprises, and also the purpose and significance of the study. Combining financial risk management theory with EPC project experience, it is hoped that by summarizing the optimization scheme of financial risk management. The ability of Y Company to cope with the risk of EPC project can be improved, which can be used as a reference for the financial risk management of EPC project in engineering enterprises.
