中文摘要：	摘要 随着信息技术的发展以及互联网普及程度的提高，给当前的公众在网络平台进行健康信息搜寻提供了前所未有的便利。互联网具有更高效的信息传播模式，对用户的门槛相对要求更低，同时为公众提供了更加快捷便利的获取信息的途径。近年来伴随社会公众对健康信息需求的增加，通过互联网等网络平台获取健康信息的公众数量迅猛增加。另外，在“健康中国”——新国家战略的引导下，也促进了公众、媒体、学校等对健康信息更进一步的关注。不同服务主体所提供的健康信息有不同的优势，可满足用户的不同需求。与此同时，信息纷杂、信息污染等问题也给公众健康信息的获取及选择中带来了巨大挑战，因此网络健康信息用户健康信息源选择及影响因素相关研究是值得我们关注的话题。 本研究在健康信息的理论背景下，探讨如何提高网络的信息质量、搜索效率等以提高用户对健康信息的需求及对网络环境的满意度。分析用户网络健康信息搜寻行为的特征及其信息源选择方面的影响因素，能够完善网络健康信息搜寻行为研究，也有助于用户准确获取健康信息；同时能够有效分析在网络信息冗余的情况之下，要如何完善网络环境以满足用户不断增加的健康信息需求，以及如何促进与健康信息相关的网络服务的创新与发展。 针对研究所发现的问题，经过综合考虑多方面的影响因素，本文总结出了以下几个方面的原因，并对此提出了相应的意见和建议。第一部分是针对信息服务商的建议，包括提高网络平台的搜索功能、增加平台的个性化定制服务、增强用户隐私保护功能以及增强内部信息审核功能。第二部分是针对相关政府部门的建议，包括：建立统一网络健康医疗平台、增强相关信息的宣传力度和加强对网络平台的监管。最后是针对用户的建议，包括：增强用户自身对健康信息来源的了解和提高用户自身的信息检索和鉴别能力两方面。
英文摘要：	Abstract With the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet, it provides unprecedented convenience for the current public to search for health information on the network platform. The Internet has a more efficient mode of information dissemination and a relatively lower threshold for users. At the same time, it provides a more convenient and convenient access to information for the public. In recent years, with the increasing demand for health information by the public, the number of public health information has increased rapidly through the Internet and other network platforms. In addition, under the guidance of "healthy China" - the new national strategy, It also promotes the public health care, information and schools' attention to health information. The health information provided by different service providers has different advantages to meet the different needs of users. At the same time, information complexity, information pollution also bring great challenges to the access and selection of public health information. The research on the selection of health information sources and influencing factors of users of Internet health information is a topic worthy of our attention. Based on the theoretical background of health information, this study discusses how to improve the information quality and search efficiency of the network to improve users' demand for health information and their satisfaction with the network environment. Analyzing the characteristics of user network health information search behavior and the influencing factors of information source selection can improve the research of network health information search behavior. It can also help users to get health information accurately. At the same time, it can effectively analyze how to improve the network environment to meet users' increasing health information needs under the condition of redundant network information, and how to promote the innovation and development of network services related to health information. In view of the problems, after considering various factors, this paper summarizes the following reasons, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and suggestions. The first part is about information service providers' suggestions. It includes improving the search function of the network platform, increasing the personalized service of the platform, enhancing the privacy protection function of the users, and enhancing the internal information audit function. The second part is aimed at the suggestions of the relevant government departments, including establishing a unified network health care platform, enhancing the publicity of relevant information and strengthening the supervision of the network platform. It includes two aspects: enhancing users' understanding of health information sources and improving users' ability of information retrieval and identification.
