中文摘要：	随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，高科技产业逐渐成为我国经济发展的支柱产业，逐渐成为社会经济可持续发展的重要推动力，也是调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式、培养新的经济增长点的有效途径。尤其在当前国际需求萎缩，我国经济下行的大背景下，高科技企业的健康发展应当成为保增长、保民生、促进社会和谐发展的重要力量。然而，随着金融危机席卷全球，高科技企业的健康发展面临着前所未有的挑战，在众多的制约因素中,一个最重要的制约因素是融资困难,这已成为我国高科技企业健康发展的瓶颈。那么如何帮助我国高科技企业“共克时艰”走出融资困境呢？ 本文认为引进风险投资是实现技术与资本对接的有效手段，是当前解决我国高科技企业融资困境的有效途径，也是国际上已被证明了的解决高科技企业融资困境最成功的经验。然而由于我国高科技企业长期受到传统的文化、经济、社会的影响，造成在引资过程中出现了许多问题——诸如内部人控制现象、融资方控股排外心理、技术要价过高等，致使风险投资和高科技企业擦肩而过，造成引资失败，从而阻碍了我国高科技企业的健康发展。因此，高科技企业要想成功引进风险投资，就必须遵循一定的运作模式，创造良好的引资环境，注重整合资源，全程策划，适当包装。 本文沿着提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路。首先，以理论及文献为研究依据；分析了高科技企业的融资现状和风险投资的发展现状，论证了高科技企业引进风险投资的必要性；分析了我国高科技企业应用风险投资的现状及存在的问题。其次，明确了高科技企业应用风险投资模式的原则和策略，给出了高科技企业应用风险投资模式的内容，总结了高科技企业成功应用风险投资应注意的问题。最后，通过对无锡尚德案例的实证分析，进一步论证了创造良好的引资环境，遵循高科技企业应用风险投资的运作模式，是我国高科技企业成功引资不可或缺的条件，只有这样高科技企业才能成功引进风险投资，从而真正解决我国高科技企业的融资困境。
英文摘要：	With the global economy speeding up the integration process, high-tech industries has gradually become the pillar industries in China, an important socio-economic driving force for sustainable development, effective way for it to adjust the industrial structure, to chang the mode of economic growth ,to foster new economic growth point. Especially in the current international demand and China's economy against the backdrop of the downlink, the healthy development of high-tech enterprises should be an important force of maintenance of growth, security of people's livelihood and promotion of social harmony. However, the development of high-tech enterprises in China are facing unprecedented challenges, constraints in many factors, one of the most important constraint is the financing difficulties, it has become a "bottleneck. of healthy development of high-tech enterprises in China So how to help high-tech enterprise financing out of trouble? This thesis holds that the introduction of venture capital in high-tech enterprises is an effective means of docking technology to capital, an effective way of solution the current financial plight of China's high-tech enterprises, the most successful corporate finance experience of the international community. However, due to high-tech enterprises of China's long tradition of cultural, social, economic backgrounds, resulting in the investment process a number of issues - such as holding mentality, xenophobia, technology prices are too high, resulting in the risk of investment and high-tech enterprises pass, resulting in the failure to attract investment and impede high-tech enterprises of healthy development. Therefore, the successful introduction of high-tech enterprises to venture capital, it is necessary to follow a mode of operation, to create a good investment environment, pay attention to the whole planning, integration of resources, appropriate packaging. This thesis along to ask questions, problem analysis, problem-solving ideas. First, to study the theory and literature based on an analysis of the status quo of high-tech enterprises and venture capital financing of the development of the status quo, the venture capital demonstrates the catalytic role of high-tech enterprises, high-tech enterprises of our country the feasibility of the application of venture capital; Analysis of the application of high-tech enterprises of China's venture capital problems. Secondly, a clear principles and strategies of the application model is given to high-tech enterprises, the successful application venture capital should pay attention to the problem. Finally, through An Empirical Analysis of Wuxi Shangde Suntech, the demonstration of the application of venture capital in China are an effective way of financing , venture capital in China should become the main means of financing.
