中文摘要:电力行业是国民经济的重要基础产业,对保障社会经济发展有着巨大作用。输变电工程是整个输电网络的基础组成部分,担任着十分重要的角色。近年来,随着人民生产、生活的电气化程度越来越高,用电需求逐年攀升,输变电工程的建设任务也越来越重。在工程项目实际实施过程中,施工过程质量管理常常得不到到足够重视,导致了工程返工和后期维护维修,这样不仅会造成成本的增加,还会因为质量问题严重影响电网的安全性、可靠性、稳定性,造成巨大经济损失甚至危害人身安全。因此,输变电工程项目的施工过程质量管理也越发受到重视和关注。 本文运用六西格玛质量管理中的DMAIC方法,对D输变电工程项目施工过程质量管理进行分析改进。在展开具体研究之前,先对国内外相关领域当前的质量管理研究现状进行梳理,总结了现阶段输变电工程施工过程质量管理采用的管理理论及方法,为后续研究提供理论基础。研究过程中,首先分析了先期同类型工程项目反映出来的质量问题,在界定阶段对D输变电工程项目及其质量管理特点进行介绍,确定关键质量目标,在测量阶段通过对输变电工程质量管理现状进行测量分析,找出需要改进的主要质量问题,在分析阶段对主要质量问题进行质量影响因素分析。接着根据前面的分析,从人、机、料、法、环五个主要影响因素方面给出相应改进方案,并在D输变电工程项目具体中实施改进。最后给出D输变电工程项目施工过程事前、事中、事后三阶段的质量控制措施。 本文通过制定并实施改进方案,提高了D输变电工程项目达标投产考核得分率,实现了质量目标。同时,结合项目的三阶段控制原理,提出了D输变电工程项目施工过程质量控制措施,以防问题再次出现,为今后同类型输变电工程项目施工过程质量管理提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:The electric power industry is an important basic industry of national economy, which plays an important role in ensuring the development of social economy.The transmission and transformation project is the basic part of the whole transmission network and plays a very important role. In recent years, with the increasingly high degree of electrification in people's production and life, the demand for electricity is increasing year by year, and the construction task of power transmission and transformation projects is also getting heavier and heavier.In the process of the actual implementation of the project, the construction process of quality management is often not enough attention, caused the engineering rework and later maintenance, this will not only result in an increase in costs, also because of quality problems seriously affect the power grid security, reliability, stability, and cause huge economic loss and even endanger personal safety. Therefore, the quality management in the construction process of power transmission and transformation project has been paid more and more attention. In this thesis, DMAIC method in six sigma quality management is used to analyze and improve the quality management of D power transmission and transformation project construction process.First of all, analyze the quality problems reflected by the same type of project in the previous period. In the definition phase, the D power transmission and transformation project and its quality management characteristics are introduced, and the key quality objectives are determined. In the measurement phase, the current situation of quality management of power transmission and transformation project is measured and analyzed to find out the main quality problems that need to be improved. In the analysis phase, the quality influencing factors are analyzed to the main quality problems.Then, according to the previous analysis, the corresponding improvement scheme was given from the aspects of the five main influencing factors of human, machine, material, method and environment, and the improvement was implemented in the D power transmission and transformation project. Finally, the quality control measures in the three stages of the construction process of D power transmission and transformation project are given. The evaluation and scoring rate of D power transmission and transformation project is improved by formulating and implementing the improvement scheme, and the quality goal is achieved. At the same time, combined with the three-stage control principle of the project, the quality control measures for the construction process of D power transmission and transformation project are proposed to prevent the recurrence of problems, so as to provide reference for the quality management of the construction process of the same type of power transmission and transformation project in the future.
