中文摘要：	在老龄化的社会背景下，公共图书馆作为公共文化服务机构，逐渐成为“文化养老”体系的中坚力量。公共图书馆应发挥其作用，积极提供多样的老年服务，推动社会的积极老龄化、健康老龄化发展。韩国与我国隔海相望，两国的发展过程有着诸多相似之处，如均面临着严重的社会老龄化趋势。韩国图书馆界自1963年出台第一部《图书馆法》以来，在公共图书馆事业方面发展较快。对韩国公共图书馆老年服务状况进行深入分析，学习其可取之处，镜鉴其不足之处，并以此来改进我国公共图书馆领域老年服务水平是有必要进行研究的课题。 为了解韩国公共图书馆老年服务状况，本研究通过网络调查来进行信息收集工作。对收集到的信息从服务制度、信息资源、设施与设备、人力资源、服务项目与外部合作五个方面来进行梳理。在上述工作的基础上，运用SWOT分析法对韩国公共图书馆老年服务的内部优势条件和内部劣势条件、外部环境的机会与威胁要素进行系统分析，探索出适合于韩国公共图书馆的老年服务发展策略。韩国公共图书馆老年服务发展应该利用好制度优势，发挥资源、人才、环境、技术优势，不断深耕老年服务，为老年用户提供最佳的服务体验；把握机会，克服劣势，优化面向老年人的服务空间，加强图书馆网站无障碍建设；发挥优势，面对威胁，定制老年人信息素养教育课程，帮助老年人就业；不断改善自身条件，适应外部环境，加强人力资源建设，构建合作机制，加强宣传及推广工作。最后，结合我国实际情况，指出我国公共图书馆老年服务工作的提高和发展方向。韩国公共图书馆老年服务工作对我国的启示：①优化我国图书馆法律体系；②保障公共图书馆老年服务人力资源，构建图书馆员职业资格认证制度，加强图书馆人员教育培训；③提供面向老年人的公共图书馆分龄分众细化服务。表11个，参考文献113篇。
英文摘要：	Under the background of aging, public libraries have gradually become the backbone of the "culturally supporting the aged" system. Public libraries should play their role, actively provide various services for older adults, and promote active aging and healthy aging progress. South Korea and China are neighbors across the sea, and they share great similarities in the chain of development. For example, they are both facing serious social aging trend. Thanks to the enactment of Library Law in 1963, public libraries in South Korea have gained rapid development. It is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the status quo of public library services for older adults in South Korea, study their merits, and mirror their deficiencies, thus improving public library services for older adults in China. This study collects information related to the status quo of public library services for older adults in South Korea from web sources，and then introduces the collected information from five aspects: services system; information resources; facilities and equipment; human resources; service programs and external cooperation. Based on the introduction, the SWOT analysis is used to systematically analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the public library services for older adults in South Korea, and countermeasures are put forward. The countermeasures focus on giving full play to the advantages of services system, information resources, human resources, environment, and technology, optimizing the service space for older adults, enhancing the barrier-free construction of library websites, customizing information literacy education courses for older adults, helping older adults find employment, strengthening the building of human resources, building a cooperation mechanism and strengthening publicity and promotion. The implications of the study on public library services for older adults in South Korea to China are mainly reflected in three aspects: (a) Optimizing library law system; (b) Guaranteeing the human resources in public libraries, implementing the library professional qualification certification, strengthening the training of library personnel; (c) Providing age and group segmentation services for older adults in public libraries.
