中文摘要：	随着国内消费金融业务的高速发展，信息技术的飞速进步，人们对普惠金融的需求越来越强烈，为了满足用户越来越多的个性化金融需求，以及为了给到用户更好的客户体验，各家消费金融公司都在为了自身的生存与发展不断地进行着探索与创新。越来越多的金融企业采用了敏捷方法管理信息系统建设项目，以期提高产品交付速度，使产品更加贴近客户需求，快速交付商业价值。 在本文的研究内容中，首先介绍了论文选题背景、目的及意义，然后综合阐述了国内外对敏捷开发的研究现状，并介绍了几种主流敏捷开发方法，特别说明了Snowman模型在敏捷开发中的应用。通过分析作者所任职的T公司联合贷项目一期在采用传统开发方法实践中遇到的问题，剖析了在联合贷项目中应用传统开发方法的弊端，并归纳总结出使用基于Snowman模型的敏捷方法项目管理设计策略，在项目二期中进行实践，促使项目团队能够快速响应客户需求变更，而后对项目二期交付的结果进行分析并得出结论。在应用了敏捷开发方法后，项目团队在产品的交付周期上，或是产品的交付质量上都有了明显的提升。 通过对T公司联合贷项目敏捷化的改造以及实践，并从中总结出经验和方法，以期为公司其它项目日后的敏捷转型提供借鉴与启示。为其它公司在项目敏捷转型方面提供指南与参考。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of consumer finance business and information technology, people's demand for inclusive finance has become stronger and stronger. In order to meet the increasing personal financial needs of users, and to give users better experience, each consumer financial company is constantly exploring and innovating for its own business. More and more financial companies have adopted agile methods to manage IT projects, in order to increase the speed of product delivery, make products closer to customer needs, and quickly deliver business value. In this thesis, the background, purpose, and significance of the topic of the thesis are firstly introduced, and then the current status of agile development research in domestic and abroad is comprehensively explained. Several main frameworks of agile development are introduced, and the Snowman model in agile development is specifically explained. By analyzing the problems encountered in the adoption of traditional development methods in the first phase of T company's joint lending project, the disadvantages of applying traditional development methods are analyzed, and the design strategy of project management using agile method based on Snowman model is summarized. Practice in the second phase of this project, so that the project team can quickly respond to changes for customer needs, and then analyze the results of the second phase of the project and draw conclusions. After applying the agile development method, the project team has significantly improved the productivity and delivery quality. Through the agile transformation and practice of T company's joint lending project, sum up experience and methods from it, it is expected to provide reference and inspiration for the future agile transformation of other projects in the company. Also it can provide guidance and reference for other companies in project agile transformation.
