| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 当今社会是战略取胜的时代,企业发展战略的选择, 是关系到一个企业生存与发展的重大问题, 应结合社会经济宏观环境从企业自身定位和资源基础出发, 结合对比各种因素, 做出理性的选择。多元化经营是企业发展到一定阶段,为寻求长远发展而采取的一种成长或扩张行为,也是分散经营中来自产品和市场风险的一种较为可行的方式。河北省建设投资公司(以下简称“河北建投”)是一家典型的多元化投资控股公司,经过20年的发展,业务领域涵盖能源、交通、水务和城市商业地产等四大主导产业组群。河北建投目前面临的内、外部环境已经发生了深刻的变化,如何利用好外部优势,克服内部不足,选择并顺利实施适合自身条件的多元化发展战略,是影响公司今后发展的重要问题。 本文以河北建投多元化发展战略研究为主线,运用PEST分析法全面地分析了河北建投外部政治、经济、社会文化等宏观环境因素,运用波特五力模型分析法对河北建投的竞争者、供应商和购买者的调价还价能力、潜在进入者和替代威胁等竞争环境因素进行了系统分析,微观环境分析对公司内部人员、组织结构、经营状况等因素进行了分析,采用SWOT分析法对河北建投优势和劣势,机会和威胁进行了深入的研究,在此基础上,结合河北建投的多元化发展历程,分析得出公司实施多元化经营的内部、外部动因。依据上述分析,选择SO战略和WO战略两种战略结合的多元化战略类型,充分利用好外部机会,发挥优势,克服不足,并不断地自我完善。在产业组群选择上,优先发展能源和交通产业组群,有选择的发展水务、商业地产、旅游和酒店产业组群,逐步退出资产运做组群。同时,归纳总结公司多元化经营面临的风险包括非主导产业能力弱、主导产业盈利能力降低以及管理难度加大和运作成本增加等几个方面。本文最后提出公司多元化发展战略实施途径和控制措施。 河北建投正处在承前启后、探索长远发展的关键时期,本文正是在这样的背景下完成的,通过本文的研究,能够对探索一条适应河北建投长远发展的“集团化,专业化”多元化发展之路有所帮助。 关键词:河北建投公司 多元化经营 发展战略 投资控股公司 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Today's society is the era of strategy to win. The choice of enterprise development strategies, is related to the survival and development of an enterprise of the major issues, and should be combined with socio-economic macro-environment from corporate positioning and resource base of their own, the combination of contrast a variety of factors, to make rational choice. Diversification is to a certain stage of development, in order to seek to take long-term development and growth or expansion, but also diversify products and markets from the risks of a more feasible approach. Hebei Construction Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "HECIC ") is a typical diversified investment holding company, after 20 years of development, covering areas of energy, transportation, water supply and urban commercial real estate group of four leading industries. HECIC for the current facing of internal and external environment has undergone profound changes, how to make good use of external advantages, overcome internal lack of choice and the smooth implementation of the diversity of conditions suitable for their own development strategies, affecting the company's future development. In this thesis, to build a HECIC diversified development strategy of research-oriented line, the use of PEST analysis of a comprehensive analysis of the HECIC’ s external political, economic, social culture and other macro-environment, the use of Porter's Five Forces Model analysis of HECIC ’ s competitors, suppliers and the purchaser's ability to counter-offer price, the potential to enter and competitive alternative to the threat of environmental factors carrying through the systematic analysis, and the micro-environment analyzes the internal staff, organizational structure, operating conditions, through the SWOT analysis method analyzes the strengths and shortcomings ,opportunities and threats of the HECIC to carry out in-depth study. On this basis, combined with HECIC’s diversification of the development process, analyzes the implementation of a diversified operating company's internal and external motivation. According to the above analysis, choosing the SO strategies and WO strategies joined diversification strategy type, take full use of external opportunities, play our strengths, overcome its weaknesses, and continually self-improvement. In the choice of Industry groups, give priority to the development of energy and transportation industry groups, and selective the development of water, commercial real estate, and tourism and hotel industry groups, and gradually withdraw from the group of assets. At the same time, summarized the company diversified risks, including non-leading industries weak, leading to lower industry profitability, and management more difficult and increase the operating costs and so on. This article concludes with the implementation approaches and control measures on the company’s diversified development strategy. HECIC is in the link between past and future to explore the long-term development of a critical period; this article is against this background that completed the study. Through this article, be able to adapt to explore a long-term development of HECIC’s "group, specialization” of multiple development of help.
