中文摘要：	建筑业是我国的重要支柱产业之一，改革开放30多年来，我国的建筑业得到了持续快速的发展，曾连续六年以每年超过20%的行业增长率高速发展，在我国国民经济中的支柱产业地位不断加强，对国民经济的拉动效应显著。但是随着市场环境的变化，我国的建筑业也在发生深刻的变化。劳动力缺失倒逼产业升级，绿色建筑提上日程，节能环保的意识不断增强，住宅装配化、产业现代化成为可持续发展的必由之路。传统的以建筑施工的企业将举步维艰，新技术推动行业发展成为必然趋势。 为了建筑业保持未来的可持续发展，传统粗放式的高速增长模式，已经不适合新的发展形势，迫切需要利用以信息技术为代表的现代科技手段，以装配化为代表的现代化建造方式，和以绿色、节能环保技术为代表的先进建造理念，实现中国建筑产业转型升级。 本论文将以企业战略发展理论为基础，对国家宏观政策及建筑产业现代化宏观环境进行分析研究，结合行业内标杆企业发展模式，以大元集团为案例，利用战略分析工具（SWOT、价值链等）进行组织诊断和内部资源分析，明确资源和能力现状和需求，基于资源和能力分析，构建大元建筑产业现代化发展模式，明确新模式的保障措施及能力需求，制定发展路径和实施方案，超前布局，实现跨越式发展，加快建筑产业现代化的进程，为后续发展提供理论借鉴与实践指导。
英文摘要：	The construction industry is one of the important pillar industries in China. Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the construction industry in China has developed rapidly and continuously, with a rapid growth rate of over 20% per year for six consecutive years. The pillar industry in China's national economy continues to strengthen its status and has a significant pulling effect on the national economy. But with the change of market environment, our country's construction industry is also undergoing profound changes. The lack of labor force forces industrial upgrading, and green building is on the agenda. The consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection has been continuously enhanced, and housing assembly and industrial modernization have become the only way for sustainable development. Traditional construction enterprises will be difficult, new technology to promote the development of the industry has become an inevitable trend. In order to maintain the sustainable development of the construction industry in the future, the traditional extensive high-speed growth model is no longer suitable for the new development situation. It is urgent to realize the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry by using modern scientific and technological means represented by information technology, modern construction methods represented by assembly, and advanced construction concepts represented by green, energy-saving and environmental protection technologies. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic development, this paper will analyze and study the national macro policies and the macro environment of the modernization of the construction industry, combine with the development model of benchmark enterprises in the industry, take Dayuan group as a case, and use the tools of strategic analysis (SWOT, value chain, etc.) to conduct organizational diagnosis and internal resource analysis. Clarify the current situation and demand of resources and capabilities, based on the analysis of resources and capabilities, construct the modernization development model of Dayuan construction industry, define the guarantee measures and capacity requirements of the new model, formulate development paths and implementation plans, advance layout, realize leapfrog development, and accelerate the modernization process of the construction industry. It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the follow-up development.
