中文摘要：	中盐X项目设计工作拥有时间跨度大、参与人员成分复杂，设计变更频繁发生等因素影响设计质量。想要高质量的完成设计工作，需要良好的设计质量管理体系的保证。而设计质量评价是设计质量管理体系中的重要一环，有科学客观的质量评价，才能有的放矢的进行设计质量管理。本文旨在建立一种实用的设计质量评价方法，科学、客观地完成中盐X项目的设计质量评价，同时希望还能对类似项目起到示范作用。本文目的是为中盐X项目设计质量确定科学客观的评价方法。在分析了现有的设计质量评价方法优缺点的基础上，选定模糊综合评价法作为基础方法，并对其应用方法进行界定。首先根据常规的模糊综合评价方法应用过程进行分析，确定应用过程中需要注意的重难点，并对这些重难点进行逐一分析讨论从最终形成完整的应用方法。使用此应用方法对中盐X项目设计质量进行评价，通过对此评价过程和结果的分析，可知此模糊综合评价法应用方法是适用于中盐X项目设计质量评价的方法。本文为中盐X项目设计质量建立了一个科学客观的评价方法，更好的服务于设计质量管理工作。应用模糊综合评价法为设计质量评价的基础方法，并对其中评价指标和权重确定进行深入分析，最终形成一种较为成熟科学的适用于设计质量评价的方法。
英文摘要：	The design work of Zhong Yan X project has a long time span, participants is complex, design changes occur frequently，all of this affect the design quality. If want to complete the design work in a high quality, it need the guarantee of design quality management system. The design quality evaluation is an important part of the design quality management system. Only with the scientific and objective quality evaluation can we carry out the design quality management in a targeted way. The purpose of this paper is to establish a practical design quality evaluation method, complete the design quality evaluation of Zhong Yan X project scientifically and objectively , and at the same time can play a demonstration role for similar projects. The purpose of this paper is to establish a evaluation method for the design quality of X project. Based on the analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the basic method, and its application method is defined. First according to the application process of the conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzing the difficult point which need to pay attention, and these points are analyzed to form a complete application method. Through the analysis of the evaluation process and results, it can be seen that the improved application method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for evaluating of the design quality of Zhong Yan X project. This paper establishes a design quality evaluation method for Zhong Yan X projec to better serve the design quality management. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used as the basic method , and the evaluation index and weight are determined by in-depth analysis, finally forming a more mature and scientific method applicable to design quality evaluation.
