| 中文摘要: | 移动互联网和阅读终端技术的快速发展,让人们的阅读方式发生很大改变。有声阅读,这种可以帮助读者双眼远离辐射,节约时间的阅读方式受到了广大读者的欢迎。在数字技术发展的背景下,高等院校图书馆资源建设的结构也在发生改变,从在移动图书馆app中设置有声读物板块到购买商业有声阅读app付费内容,各个高校图书馆也开始建设有声阅读app。 本文研究的第一部分参考阅读吸引力元素理论,构建了14个高校用户对有声阅读app的需求项,运用Kano模型对14个需求进行分类。研究发现,14个需求项中,有4项属于高校应优先满足的用户的需求项,有6项需求项优先级排名较为靠后,另有4项需求项因为用户需求模糊性等原因无法进行特定需求属性的归类。此外,研究发现,不同学历、不同app使用频率、不同职业的高校用户对高校建设的有声阅读app的需求是不同的。 本文研究的第二部分根据研究第一部分需求分析结果,设计出基于用户需求的高校图书馆有声阅读app调查体系。以天津地区高校为例,调查分析高校图书馆建设有声阅读app的现状。研究发现,目前高校图书馆有声阅读app建设具有资源建设联合性、获取无偿性等特点。有声阅读app资源建设存在资源知晓度低、内容建设缺乏用户针对性等问题。研究结合目前存在的问题与用户需求分析结果,提出了创新资源推广方式、加强资源的联合采购等资源建设建议。 本研究着眼于高校用户对有声阅读app的需求,丰富了有声读物和图书馆有声读物资源评价体系的研究。同时有利于高校图书馆更有针对性的为用户提供所需要的资源,为有声阅读app商业平台提供了新的产品设计思路,有利于商业平台更好的开展与高校图书馆的合作。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of mobile Internet and reading terminal technology, people's reading style has changed greatly. The majority of readers has welcomed audio reading, which can help readers keep their eyes away from radiation and save their time. Under the background of the development of digital technology, the structure of university library resource construction is also changing. From superstar mobile library app to purchasing the paid content of commercial audio reading platform, various university libraries have begun to build mobile audio reading app. In the first part of this paper, referring to the theory of reading attraction elements, 14 university users' demands for the audio reading app are constructed, and 14 demands are classified by Kano model. It is found that, of the 14 requirements, 4 belong to the needs of users that universities should give priority to, 6 are relatively lower in priority ranking, and 4 are unable to classify specific requirements attributes due to the fuzziness of users' needs and other reasons. In addition, the research found that different education background, different frequency of APP use and different occupation of College users have different needs for the sound-reading app of college construction. In the second part of this paper, according to the results of demand analysis in the first part of the study, an app survey system of audio reading in university library is designed based on the needs of users. Taking Tianjin University as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of audio reading app in university library. It is found that the construction of audio reading app in university library has the characteristics of resource construction union and free access. There are some problems in the construction of audio reading app resources, such as low awareness of resources, lack of user focus in content construction and so on. Based on the existing problems and the results of user demand analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for resource construction, such as innovating resource promotion methods and strengthening joint procurement of resources. This study focuses on the needs of College users for the audio reading app, and enriches the research on the evaluation system of audiobooks and library audiobooks resources. At the same time, it is beneficial for the university library to provide more targeted resources for users, provide new product design ideas for the audio reading app business platform, and help the business platform to better develop cooperation with the university library. | |
