中文摘要:非物质文化遗产作为珍贵的人类文化信息资源和社会文明的重要载体,具 有重要价值,非物质文化遗产的传承、延续和发展主要通过传承人“口授心传” 得以实现,因此传承人在非物质文化遗产保护中占据关键和重要地位。非物质 文化遗产主要存留在众多民间艺人的技艺和脑海中,以隐性知识为主。研究非 物质文化遗产传承人的隐性知识转移过程中的关键因素,并从关键因素着手提 出相关改善建议,有利于提高非物质文化遗产传承过程中知识转移的效度,从 而提高非物质文化遗产知识转移效果,实现非物质文化遗产更好的传承和保护。 本文先通过文献梳理进行理论研究,为后续的实证研究搭建理论基础。实 证研究中主要通过半结构式访谈法、参与观察法进行一手资料的收集,并对所 收集资料进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,分析得出非物质文化遗产 传承人隐性知识转移的关键影响因素,初步构建影响因素模型,并从关键影响 因素和调研过程中发现的问题着手,提出提高非物质文化遗产传承人隐性知识 转移的对策。 本研究发现影响非物质文化遗产隐性知识转移的关键因素主要包括五方 面,即传承人、继承人、传承人与继承人关系、非遗知识本身、客观环境方面, 具体来说,影响因素主要有:传承人知识转移能力和转移意愿;继承人知识接 受能力和知识接受意愿;传承人与继承人之间的知识差异程度和情感距离;知 识本身的粘滞性和内嵌性;客观环境中的家人支持、相关生长环境、国家政策 支持、媒体宣传和社会认可度。 本文从影响因素的五个方面和调研中发现的问题着手,提出提高非物质文 化遗产传承人隐性知识转移的建议,包括:1.传承人在转移技能型知识的同时加 强认知型知识转移。2.传承人要积极参加培训,提高自身知识转移能力。3.采取 做中学、悟中学的学习方式。4.积极“求”学,与传承人进行有效沟通。5.广收 徒弟的同时进行“有中择优”,降低知识差异程度。6.双方要增强信任,减少情 感距离。7.加强知识编码,提高知识可视化。8.多种教学方式结合,多样化展示 知识。9.图书馆要加强非遗文献建设,主动提供非遗保护服务。10.文化馆对外 要整合社会力量,对内要加强自身专业性。11.博物馆要加强非遗保护工作,助推非遗与生活融合。12.非遗保护中心要加强与其他机构的合作,创新保护模式。 13.建立健全传承人相关制度,提高知识转移积极性。14.优化保护模式,提高经 济收益,提高继承人知识接受意愿。15.多渠道宣传展示,提高社会认知度和认 可度。16.非遗进校园,构建相关学习环境。图 4 幅,表 3 个,参考文献 99 篇。  
英文摘要:Intangible cultural heritage, as a precious human cultural information resource and an important carrier of social civilization, is of great value. The inheritance, continuation and development of intangible cultural heritage are realized mainly through the "oral transmission" of the inheritors. Therefore, the inheritors occupy a key and important position in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Intangible cultural heritage is mainly preserved in the skills and minds of many folk artists, mainly with tacit knowledge.The intangible cultural heritage inheritance one of the key factors in the process of tacit knowledge transfer, and puts forward relevant improvement Suggestions, starting from the key factors of to improve during the transmissionofintangible cultural heritagethevalidityofknowledge transfer,soas to improve the effect of non-material cultural heritage knowledge transfer, implement non-materialculturalheritagebetterinheritanceandprotection. Firstly, this thesis reviews the literature and conducts theoretical research to build a theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical research.Empirical study primarily through semi-structured interview method, observation method to hand the data collection, and collect data by using the grounded theory to open coding, axial coding and selective coding, analysis non-material cultural heritage inheritance are the key influence factors of tacit knowledge transfer, preliminary build influence factor model, and the key influencing factors and problems found during the research process, put forward to improve intangible cultural heritage inheritance people countermeasuresoftacitknowledgetransfer. This study found that affect the non-material cultural heritage tacit knowledge transfer of the key factors mainly include five aspects, namely the inheritance person aspect, succession, inheritance relationship between man and heir, intangible knowledge itself, the objective environment, in particular, were the main influencing factors: inheritance person knowledge transfer ability and willingness to transfer;The heir's capacity and willingness to accept knowledge;The degree of knowledgedifference and emotional distance between inheritors and successors;The stickiness and embeddedness of knowledge itself;Family support, relevant growth environment, national policy support, media publicity and social recognition in the objective environment. This thesis puts forward Suggestions from five aspects of influencing factors, including: 1. The inheritors should strengthen the transfer of cognitive knowledge whiletransferring skills.2.Inheritors should actively participatein training to improve their knowledge transfer ability.3. Adopt the learning style of doing middle school and realizing middle school.4.Actively "seek" learning, and effectively communicate with inheritors.5. Collect more apprentices and select the best among them to reduce the knowledge difference.6. Strengthen trust and reduce emotional distance.7. Strengthen knowledge coding and improve knowledge visualization.8. Combine various teaching methods to display knowledge in a diversified way.9. Libraries should strengthen the construction of intangible cultural heritage documents and take the initiative to provide intangible cultural heritage protection services.Cultural centers should integrate social forces externally and strengthen their professionalism internally.11. Museums should strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage and promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage with life.12. The center for the protection of intangible cultural heritage should strengthen cooperation with other institutions and innovate protection models.13. Establish and improve the system of inheritors and improve the enthusiasm of knowledge transfer.14. Optimize the protection mode, improve economic benefits, and improve the willingness of successors to accept knowledge.15.
