中文摘要:进入21世纪以来,随着生物工程、免疫学、细胞学等领域的进一步发展,当今世界生物产业进入了一个新时代。作为生物产业的主要组成部分之一的生物制品,也步入了新的发展阶段。通过生物制品上市公司的行业竞争格局与态势研究能够帮助生物制品行业内上市企业明确竞争对手,细致分配竞争资源;帮助生物制品行业内上市企业了解行业龙头的主要竞争优势;进一步了解生物制品行业上市公司竞争状况变化趋势;并为生物制品行业分析与研究提供一定的参考。本文拟从静态与动态两个角度对生物制品行业上市公司的竞争格局与竞争态势展开研究。首先从静态角度分析生物制品行业上市公司竞争格局:利用共现分析,将生物制品行业上市公司按照主营业务与主要竞争市场的不同进行群体划分,并对竞争群体进行可视化处理,对不同群体的竞争状况做出大概分析。然后从动态角度分析生物制品行业上市公司的竞争态势:将三年的分析结果进行结合,分析各个竞争群体内企业的变化(数量,市场、竞争力等),探讨每个群体的竞争态势变化趋势。最后,对国内生物制品行业上市公司的竞争战略优化提出合理的建议:对上述静态与动态的分析结果加以总结,并根据其具体状况,提出一些适合生物制品行业上市公司竞争战略优化的合理建议。经过细致的分析,本文将36家生物制品行业上市公司划分为3个大群体,10个小群体;部分小群体中,根据组内企业的竞争力差距,又分别划分为第一、第二、第三梯队企业或者第一、第二梯队企业,依据此划分出群体内各个企业的主要竞争对手与次要竞争对手,明确竞争资源的倾斜方向。并将竞争群体中企业的能力进行对比,得出群体内第一梯队企业相对于其他企业的能力优势。同时,进一步明确了群体内上市公司竞争态势变化趋势,也为进一步预测各个竞争群体未来竞争态势变化提供了方向。 研究发现:在过往十年内,不同的竞争群体的新入企业的数量也不同,其竞争激烈程度也因此不同;此外,清偿能力受到诸多优秀生物制品上市公司的重视,在其余能力上则偏向于保持均衡,因此建议各个分组内企业向本组内优势企业学习,努力提升自身的清偿能力;不同群体中老牌上市企业的状况不同,有的依靠区域市场垄断性或技术领先继续保持着优势,有的却受到了极大的挑战;除此之外,本文也可以为以后的生物制品行业内部分析提供一定的参考。但本文仅从上市公司角度对生物制品行业进行竞争格局与态势分析;仅从业务、市场、经营状况三个角度进行分析,因此在研究对象和角度的全面性上存在不足。 
英文摘要:Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the further development of bioengineering, immunology, cytology and other fields, the world's bio-industry has entered a new era. Through the industry competition pattern and situational research of listed companies of biological products, it can help listed companies in the bioproduct industry to clear their competitors, delivering competitive resources; helping listed companies in the bioproduct industry understand the main competitive advantages of the industry leader; understanding the changing trend of the competition status of listed companies in the biological products industry; and provide some reference from the analysis and research of the biological products industry. This paper intends to study the competitive landscape and competitive situation of listed companies in the biological products industry from both static and dynamic perspectives. Firstly, analyze the competitive landscape of listed companies in the biological products industry from a static perspective: using the method of co-occurrence analysis, the listed companies in the biological products industry are grouped according to the main business and the main competitive market, and the competition grouping is visualized to make a general analysis of the competition status of different groups. Then analyze the competitive situation of listed companies in the biological products industry from a dynamic perspective: combine the analysis results of three years, analyze the changes (quantity, market , competitiveness, etc. ) of enterprises within each competition group , and explore the trend of competition in each group. Finally, it puts forward reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the competitive strategy of listed companies in the domestic biological products industry: summarizing the static and dynamic analysis results above , and based on its specific conditions, put forward some reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the competitive strategy of listed companies in the biological products industry. After careful analysis, this paper divides 36 listed companies in the bioproduct industry into 3 large groups and 10 groups according to the competitors of each enterprise. In some groups, according to the competitiveness gap of the enterprises within the group, they are also divided into the first, second and third echelon enterprises or the first and second echelon enterprises. Based on this, the main competitors and secondary competitors of each enterprise in the group are divided. Compare the capabilities of the enterprises in the competition group, and obtain the advantage of the first echelon enterprises in the group relative to other enterprises. At the same time , it further clarified the trend of the competitive situation of listed companies in the group, and also provided a direction for further predicting the future competition pattern of each competition group. The study found that in the past ten years, the number of new companies entering different competition groups is different, and the degree of competition is different. In addition, solvency is valued by many outstanding bio-listed companies, and the remaining capabilities tend to maintain equilibrium. Therefore, it is recommended that enterprises within each group learn from the dominant enterprises in this group and strive to improve their solvency. The competition situation of the old listed companies in different groups is different: some maintain their advantages by virtue of the monopoly on their regional markets, and some rely on their own technological advantages to maintain their advantages, while others are retreating from the impact on emerging enterprises. Finally , this paper can also provide some reference for the internal analysis of the future biological products industry. But, this paper only analyzes the competitors of the biological products industry from the perspective of listed companies; it only analyzes from the perspectives of business, market and business conditions, so there is a lack of comprehensiveness in research objects and perspectives.
