中文摘要:目前,社交媒体倦怠这一概念才刚刚被重视,研究者们将目光大都集中于社交媒体倦怠的概念、构成以及影响因素方面。与之不同的是,研究者对网络信息获取行为这一领域的研究已经有了普遍的了解,但信息技术的发展使得社交媒体的功能一次又一次地取得突破,越来越多的用户将社交媒体平台作为自己首选的信息获取渠道,通过社交媒体获取信息已经渐渐地成为网络信息获取的一个主要部分。关于社交媒体倦怠对网络信息获取行为影响的相关研究并不多,因此,本研究着眼于社交媒体倦怠对网络信息获取行为的影响,通过实证调查研究探讨这两者之间的关系。 本研究通过对现有的网络信息获取行为相关理论做了充分的阅读和思考,并进行了归纳和总结。之后,在文献阅读的基础上,一方面,本研究归纳汇总了社交媒体倦怠的含义、测量量表,并据此改编了适用于本研究的社交媒体倦怠量表。另一方面,本研究还提炼总结出了网络信息获取行为的概念及其各个行为阶段的划分,同时,通过查阅其他相关学科,例如心理学等学科领域的相关文献,引入了自我效能和信息获取经验这两个变量,用以进一步探讨分析社交媒体倦怠对用户网络信息获取行为各个阶段的影响。在对社交媒体倦怠、信息获取行为等概念进行界定之后,结合信息获取行为的原则等,本研究将网络信息获取行为划分为了三个主要阶段,分别为需求表达、信息选择和信息采纳。本研究认为,将这三个阶段作为研究变量中的三个维度,具有一定的代表性和完整性,也因此能够较为全面地研究社交媒体倦怠对网络信息获取行为从开始到结束整个过程的影响。 确定研究变量之后,在借鉴信息行为领域经典的理论模型的基础上,本研究结合文献综述,构建了基于社交媒体倦怠的网络信息获取行为模型并提出相关假设。在实证研究的过程中,通过初步的筛选,本研究最终得到了290份有效问卷数据。基于研究内容,本研究对所得数据进行了统计分析,分析结果验证了模型的构建以及假设的提出,最终得出以下结论:社交媒体倦怠分别负向影响网络信息获取行为的需求表达阶段、信息选择阶段、信息采纳阶段,自我效能负向调节社交媒体倦怠与网络信息获取行为中信息选择和信息采纳这两个阶段的关系,信息获取经验则负向调节社交媒体倦怠与网络信息获取行为中需求表达和信息选择这两个阶段的关系。最后,在结论与讨论部分,本研究在数据分析结果的基础上进一步阐述了社交媒体倦怠对用户网络信息获取的影响,并对两个假设不成立的原因进行了分析。同时,对于社交媒体用户使用社交媒体平台已经产生倦怠情绪的当下,本研究就社交媒体平台如何优化平台构建以利于用户进行网络信息获取提供了一定程度上的理论指导及建议。 
英文摘要:At present, the concept of social media burnout has just been paid attention to, and researchers mostly focus on the concept, composition and influencing factors of social media burnout. In contrast, researchers have a general understanding of the field of network information acquisition behavior, but the development of information technology has made breakthroughs in the function of social media again and again. More and more users regard social media platform as their preferred channel to obtain information, and obtaining information through social media has gradually become a major part of network information acquisition. There are few studies on the impact of social media burnout on network information acquisition behavior. Therefore, this study focuses on the impact of social media burnout on network information acquisition behavior, and explores the relationship between them through empirical research. This study makes a full reading and reflection on the existing theories of network information acquisition behavior, and summarizes and summarizes it. After that, on the basis of literature reading, on the one hand, this study summarizes the meaning and measurement scale of social media burnout, and adapts the social media burnout scale suitable for this study. On the other hand, this study also refines and summarizes the concept of network information acquisition behavior and the division of each behavior stage, at the same time, by consulting the relevant literature in other related disciplines, such as psychology and other disciplines, two variables, self-efficacy and information acquisition experience, are introduced to further explore and analyze the impact of social media burnout on users' network information acquisition behavior. After defining the concepts of social media burnout and information acquisition behavior, combined with the principles of information acquisition behavior, this study divides the network information acquisition behavior into three main stages: demand expression, information selection and information adoption. This study believes that taking these three stages as the three dimensions of the research variables has a certain degree of representativeness and integrity. therefore, we can comprehensively study the impact of social media burnout on the whole process of network information acquisition behavior from the beginning to the end. After determining the research variables, on the basis of drawing lessons from the classical theoretical model in the field of information behavior, this study combined with literature review, constructed a network information acquisition behavior model based on social media burnout and put forward relevant hypotheses. In the process of empirical research, through preliminary screening, this study finally obtained 290 valid questionnaire data. Based on the research content, this study makes a statistical analysis of the data obtained, and the results verify the construction of the model and the proposal of hypothesis. finally, the following conclusions are drawn: social media burnout negatively affects the demand expression stage, information selection stage and information adoption stage of network information acquisition behavior, respectively. Self-efficacy negatively regulates the relationship between social media burnout and information selection and information adoption in network information acquisition behavior, while information acquisition experience negatively regulates the relationship between social media burnout and demand expression and information selection in network information acquisition behavior. Finally, in the conclusion and discussion part, based on the results of data analysis, this study further expounds the impact of social media burnout on users' access to network information, and analyzes the reasons why the two hypotheses are not valid. At the same time, at a time when social media users have become tired when they use social media platforms, this study provides some theoretical guidance and suggestions on how to optimize the construction of social media platforms to facilitate users to obtain network information.
