| 中文摘要: | 近些年来, 随着全球能源价格不断上涨,特别是石油价格受到国际形势的 影响,持续走高,各个国家都开始寻找新的能源供给方法,不断加入到海中取 油的队伍中来。深海油气越来越受到重视,被视为替代当前世界油气资源的主 要资源,海洋将成为全世界能源的主要来源。 习近平主席在党的十九大报告中明确提出了陆海统筹,加快建设成为海洋 强国的重要战略。 C 单位服务于海洋工程行业,作为重要环节的参与者,承担了 光荣的历史使命, 既迎来了难得的历史性机遇,也面临着前所未有的挑战。 本论文从 C 单位的发展现状、业绩和战略目标切入,分析了企业的宏观环 境、海洋工程行业的竞争大环境,然后又从组织资源方面、技术资源方面、人 力资源方面、营销资源方面、管理资源方面等角度研究了 C 单位的内部环境, 利用 SWOT 分析方法分析了 C 单位的优劣势,从而确定了较适合企业在现阶段 的战略定位,提出了以树立国际一流品牌形象、掌握核心技术、提升服务质量、 营造全球化商业网络的差异化战略。进而细化了具体的实时策略,最后研究了 C 单位实施战略的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, as the global energy price continues to rise, especially the oil price, which is affected by the international situation, every country has started to look for new energy supply methods .They continuously join the team of extracting oil from the deep sea. Deep-sea oil is increasingly valued to the current world. And the deep ocean will become the world's main source of energy. In President Xi jinping′s report, he stressed that "we must make overall planning between the land and sea. We need accelerate efforts to build China into a marine power." Marine Power is an Important Component of Chinese Characteristic Socialism. C institution serves the Marine engineering industry. As a participant in an important link, C institution undertakes the glorious historical mission. To C institution ,it is a rare historic opportunity as well as unprecedented challenge. Based on the current development situation 、 performance and strategic objectives of C institution, this paper analyzes the macro environment, Marine engineering industry and competitive environment.From the organization's resources, human resources, technical resources and management resources, marketing resources and so on, analyzing C insititution's internal environment . Using the SWOT analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, determines the suitable strategic positioning for C insititution. Put forward to the differentiation strategy to set up the international first-class brand image, to master the core technology, to improve service quality, to create a global business network. Then make detail concrete strategies. Finally studied the C insititution implementation strategy safeguard measures. | |
