中文摘要: | 信息技术的飞速发展正在不断加速人类进行信息化社会的步伐,而且互联网+、物联网、人工智能也在不断地影响着全球经济发展模式,国际经济格局、企业经营领域,企业内部管理思维也因信息时代的发展而不断变化,内部人力资源结构、管理体系都出现了明显的变化,为此企业必须在经营管理的过程中对信息时代的特有变化做出积极的应对与配合。鉴于此,本文将以目标与关键成果法OKR(Objectives and Key Results)为主要依据,以J企业为研究对象,深入分析信息化背景下的人工智能、大数据、互联网对企业经营管理可能带来的积极作用,与此同时,从理论与实践两个角度探讨J企业应采取何种手段提高内部的绩效管理。 本文首先介绍了目标与关键成果法OKR的相关理论基础及相关的国内外研究前沿,接着对J公司的绩效管理状况进行分析并总结出存在的问题及原因,进而对基于OKR绩效管理在J企业中的应用策略及实施情况进行了详细研究,最终得出四个结论。OKR绩效管理能够很好的应用于科技类企业J公司当中,在应用中需要对管理的方案及模式进行适度的创新调整,与J企业战略目标达成一致;关键成果法OKR的绩效管理能够让员工清晰的认知自己的工作目标,并且将自我的使命与部门及公司的发展战略联合在一起,员工的自我提升的诉求将会增强;关键成果法OKR对于员工个人而言有一定的激进鼓舞的作用,在此绩效管理循环中,个人发展寓于企业整体发展中,形成了个人与集体互相正向影响的良性循环,为企业绩效管理带来最优质的效果;J企业以管理、渠道、销售职能部门作为关键成果法OKR绩效管理的实施实验平台,协助企业完成了季度性的目标,为日后OKR绩效管理在全公司的推广提供了实践参考。 | |
英文摘要: | The rapid development of information technology is accelerating the pace of human beings' information society, and Internet +, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence are constantly affecting the global economic development model, the international economic structure, the business areas of enterprises, and internal enterprises. The management thinking has also been constantly changing in response to the development of the information age. The internal human resource structure and management system have undergone significant changes. Therefore, enterprises must actively respond to and cope with the unique changes in the information age in the process of management. Therefore, this thesis will focus on the target and key outcome method OKR, and take J enterprises as the research object, and deeply analyze the positive effects that artificial intelligence, big data and Internet can bring to the management of enterprises under the background of information. At the same time, from the perspectives of theory and practice, explore what measures J companies should take to improve internal performance management. This thesis first introduces the theoretical basis of the target and key outcome method OKR and related domestic and international research frontiers, then analyzes the performance management status of J company and summarizes the existing problems and causes, and then based on OKR performance management in J enterprise The application strategy and implementation situation in the study have been studied in detail, and the final conclusions are as follows, OKR performance management can be well applied to J companies of science and technology enterprises. In the application, it is necessary to make appropriate innovation adjustments to the management plans and models, and reach an agreement with J corporate strategic goals; Key results method OKR's performance management enables employees to clearly understand their work goals, and to combine their mission with the department and the company's development strategy, and the employees' self-improvement appeal will be enhanced; Key results method OKR has a certain radical encouragement effect for employees. In this performance management cycle, personal development is in the overall development of the enterprise, forming a virtuous circle of positive interaction between individuals and collectives, for corporate performance. Management brings the highest quality results; J enterprises use the management, channel and sales functions as the key results method to implement the experimental platform of OKR performance management, assisting enterprises to complete the quarterly goals and provide practical reference for the promotion of OKR performance management in the whole company in the future. | |
