| 中文摘要: | 控制的核心是保证组织活动中目标不完全一致的个体进行合作,向组织既定目标努力。控制作为管理的一项重要职能,自科学管理时代起就一直被作为管理理论和管理实践研究的重要内容。控制方式指的是对于不同的企业或者同一企业的不同发展阶段应该采用何种控制手段。内部控制系统的基本功能是影响或者控制人的行为,那么管理人员在设计内部控制系统的时候,必须要考虑到行为理论的影响。 从不同的角度看,控制方式有不同的划分方法。本文将控制方式划分为行为控制和结果控制,行为控制是通过外部或自身的力量使人们的行为符合组织的规范和要求,减少行为与组织目标的偏差。结果控制又称定量业绩控制,是以工作结果为导向的一种控制方式。 企业生命周期理论从企业生命周期的各个阶段分析了企业成长与老化的本质及特征。该理论把企业生命周期形象地比作人的成长与老化过程,认为企业的生命周期包括三个阶段九个时期,每个阶段的特点都非常鲜明。 在不同发展阶段的企业中,控制方式是不同的,这些不同的控制方式对企业的绩效会产生不同的影响。本文通过问卷调查法,对企业生命周期、控制方式、控制绩效进行测量,经过实证检验后发现:1.生命周期前期,企业选择更多的结果控制;生命周期后期,企业选择更多的行为控制。2.企业生命周期的后期与前期相比,行为控制对绩效的正面影响更加明显。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The core of control activity is to ensure individuals to cooperate in order to realize the objective. Control as an important management function, since the era of scientific management has been an important content of management theory and practice. Internal control method refers to in the different types of enterprises or in the same enterprise but different organizational life cycle what control types should be adopted. The principle function of an internal control system is to influence (or control) human behavior, so designers must consider the view of behavior theory when they design the control system. Control method can be divided differently. This paper divides control method into behavioral control and outcome control. Behavioral control makes individual behavior be up to the criterion and claim of the enterprises by internal or external force, so the warp between individual behavior and organizational objective can be lessened. Outcome control is oriented to the work outcome and it is also named rational performance control. The theory of organizational life cycle analyse the essence and character of every organization. This theory regards organizational life cycle as human pullulation and caducity. Organizational life cycle is divided into three phase and nine period, when organization has different characters. In different life cycle of enterprises,control methods are different. These different control methods on the performance of enterprises will produce different effects.This paper measure the organizational life cycle, control method and control performance via questionnaire. After empirical testing we found: 1. Later the organizational life cycle is, more behavioral control methods are used. 2. Later the organizational life cycle is, more positive effect on control performance of enterprise using behavioral control methods. | |
