中文摘要:网络的普及使得网民数量越来越多,同时也使得网上购物越来越为人们所接受。得益于网络的飞速发展,电子商务成为现下最为热门的商业运作模式,自然而然地也就产生了诸多电子商务企业。由于电子商务企业是近年来刚发展成型的企业类型,而且其绩效评价指标有别于传统企业,所以到目前为止我国电商行业还未形成一套完整有效的绩效评价系统。绩效评价是一个企业判断自身发展是否处于目标轨道的重要工具,它能够保障企业日常经营有序进行,同时也为企业经营提供了导向性作用。因此制定一套能够适用于我国电商企业的绩效评价系统是很有必要的,它能够帮助我国电商企业挖掘核心竞争力,提高经营管理水平。 本文以我国某电商企业——H电商企业为例,结合书面理论与实地考察,首先对H电商企业的基本情况以及现行绩效评价系统进行客观陈述;其次专门针对其现行的对运营部门的绩效评价系统进行细致分析,发现其中存在的问题;再者根据存在的问题,为其运营部门设计了一套基于平衡计分卡的绩效评价系统,从财务、顾客、内部运营和学习与成长四个维度对H电商企业运营部门的绩效进行全方位评价;最后利用设计的绩效评价系统对H电商企业运营部门的绩效进行评价,根据评价的结果,给出了一些提高H电商企业运营部门绩效的建议并且提出了一系列保障措施。本文的研究成果可以为其它电商企业进行绩效评价提供一定的参考和借鉴。  
英文摘要:The popularity of the Internet makes the number of Internet users more and more, but also makes online shopping more and more accepted by people. Thanks to the rapid development of the network, e-commerce has become the most popular mode of business operation, and naturally many e-commerce enterprises have emerged. As e-commerce enterprises are newly developed in recent years, and their performance evaluation indicators are different from traditional enterprises, so far, China's e-commerce industry has not formed a complete and effective performance evaluation system. Performance evaluation is an important tool for enterprises to judge whether their own development is on the target track. It can guarantee the orderly operation of enterprises, and also provide a guiding role for the operation of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a performance evaluation system that can be applied to China's e-commerce enterprises. It can help China's e-commerce enterprises to tap their core competitiveness and improve their management level. This paper takes an e-commerce enterprise in China, H E-commerce Enterprise, as an example, combining written theory and field investigation. Firstly objectively states the basic situation and the current performance evaluation system of H E-commerce Enterprise. Secondly, it makes a detailed analysis of the current performance evaluation system of the operation department, and finds out the existing problems. Thirdly, according to these existing problems, a performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard is designed for its operation department, which evaluates the performance of H E-commerce Enterprise from four dimensions: finance, customers, internal operation and learning and growth. Finally, the performance evaluation system is designed to evaluate H E-commerce Enterprise operation department. According to the evaluation results, some suggestions to improve the performance of operation department of H E-commerce Enterprise are given and a series of safeguards are put forward. The results of this study can provide some reference for other e-commerce enterprises to conduct performance evaluation.
