中文摘要: | 当今时代是知识经济时代,全球各国的发展关系越来越紧密,人才已经成为决定现代企业发展的关键因素,也是现代企业竞争的核心资源。所以,人才培养和人才引进工作也逐步得到了企业管理人员的重视。为了制胜竞争,企业必须不断提高人员素质,建立素质能力超强的团队就成为最重要的工作之一。员工培训是企业提高人员素质的重要方法,也是企业对员工负责的表现,同时还是企业开展人力资本投资的主要形式,同时更是保障企业长期健康发展的必要工作。可是,仅仅意识到这一工作的重要性还远远不够,企业必须在培训工作上加大投入,建立符合企业需求的员工培训体系。只有建立系统化培训体系,才能够使得培训工作始终服务于企业发展需求,并取得良好的培训效果,确实提高团队能力和素质水平,增强企业核心竞争力,提高企业绩效水平,最终支持企业长远战略的实现。研究员工培训体系的优化和改进策略不仅能够丰富业务研究,而且还具有现实意义。 近年来,随着YC药业集团对人才招聘、培养的重视,员工培训工作也越来越受到重视,希望通过培训提高YC药业集团员工整体素质,增强公司竞争力。因此,本文将围绕YC药业集团员工培训体系问题展开研究。通过查找相关理论,研究YC药业集团培训工作的实际情况、反思人力资源管理过程中不科学不完善之处,详细分析问题原因并设计改进方案,提出保障应对方案设计有效实施的保障。 论文首先阐述了论文的研究背景、研究内容以及研究意义,并对培训相关理论以及国内外研究现状做详细分析。然后,根据YC药业集团员工培训体系管理现状,分析其问题的成因。最后,分别从培训组织管理、培训流程管理、培训资源管理三个方面进行改进设计,完善相应管理流程并提出保障措施。 | |
