中文摘要：	近年来，随着互联网技术、人工智能技术和传统制造行业的深度融合，全球各产业都在进行着深刻的变革。为了确保本国制造业的竞争优势，“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”等工业发展战略相继出炉，智能制造已经成为各国普遍关注的热点。 智能制造的快速发展带来各产业的转型升级，对于制造业企业，在“人机料法环”这五大生产要素中，先进的机器设备对提升企业竞争力起到至关重要的作用。在此背景下，制造企业应该采取怎么样的管理方式，实现设备综合效率的极大化，提升质量、降低成本、缩短交货期，最大程度满足顾客需求，已成为亟待解决的问题。 TPM（Total Productive Maintenance）是在美国G.E.公司的生产维护管理基础上逐步发展起来的先进管理，实现对以设备为中心的生产系统进行全面管理。TPM 追求极限的设备生产效率，通过全系统的维护、全效率的提升、全员的积极参与形成一套完善的设备保全体系，实现企业零故障，零浪费，零不良，零灾害的终极目标，打造出企业的核心竞争优势。 本文在深入剖析TPM理论的基础上，探讨TSL有限公司（世界500强企业全资子公司）在其智能制造体系中推行应用TPM管理的实际案例。针对本企业在智能制造转型升级中面临的新问题，通过TPM的8个支柱活动模块的实际管理探索，包括方案策划、组织建立、活动实施、激励评价、产出成果等各环节的研究，尝试对传统TPM管理进行创新，建立出一套适合智能制造企业特性的TPM推进策略。本文希望对相关企业提供有益借鉴。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with deep integration of Internet, artificial intelligence technology and traditional manufacturing industry, each industry around the world is making great and profound changes. "Industry 4.0","Made in China 2025" and other intelligent industry development strategy, was published one after another, in order to ensure their competitive advantage of manufacturing. Such as intelligent manufacturing, has become the various countries' hot topics of attention. The rapid development of intelligent manufacturing brings the transformation and upgrading of the industry. For manufacturing enterprise, in the key factors of manufacturing of "Man - Machine - Material - Method - Environment", advanced equipment play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises. What kind of the management mode should manufacturing company adopt to maximize OEE, improve quality, reduce cost, shorten delivery time, maximum satisfy customer needs, is an urgent problem to be solved in this context of intelligent manufacturing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is advanced management model gradually developed from Productive Maintenance theory of American G.E. company, realize total management for the equipment-centered manufacturing system. TPM pursue extreme production efficiency of equipment, through maintenance of total system, promotion of total efficiency , participation of total employees to form a set of complete equipment preservation system, realize zero breakdown, zero waste zero rejects and zero disasters, create enterprise's core competitive advantage. Based on deep analysis TPM theory, the thesis investigate a actual case about application of TPM management in the intelligent manufacturing system of TSL company ( World Top 500 Enterprises) .For the enterprise face the new problems in transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, through eight pillar of the TPM activity module's actual management. The research includes formulating the plans, organization construction, implements of management, evaluation and incentive, achievement exhibition and so on, attempt to innovate and improve the traditional TPM management, establish a set of TPM promoting strategy suitable for intelligent manufacturing enterprise features. Hope to provide useful reference to related enterprises.
