| 中文摘要: | 环境问题一直被公众所关注,世界各国更是努力寻找经济发展和生态环境的平衡点,希望通过可以替代化石能源的新能源,来寻求“经济?能源?环境”的可持续发展。我国作为最大的发展中国家,更是在生态环境领域持续发力,大力倡导节能减排、绿色出行理念。在呼吁绿色发展概念的同时,着重加大对于新能源行业的补贴力度,相继出台了若干利好政策,对电动汽车行业及充电桩行业进行大范围补贴,可见我国对推进新能源行业快速发展的决心。 虽然电动汽车的爆发式增加带来作为其配套保障措施的充电桩行业的庞大市场需求,但充电桩的增加速度却远不及电动汽车的增长速度,可见我国充电桩行业仍处于探索发展阶段,还存在很多问题。其中行业标准不统一、社会资本进入不足及运营环境复杂等问题短期内仍将存在且阻碍充电桩行业的快速发展。本文选取P公司为案例进行深入研究,透过其投资现状,指出投建资金大、固定成本高、资金链不足是目前存在的主要问题,由此得出,融合社会资本是解决资金现状的重要手段。随后在总结现有充电桩行业五种投资模式并确定“充电桩运营企业+加油站/大型停车场”为目前最适合P公司的合作投资模式后,对该项目进行成本、利润决策分析,并通过净现值和投资回收期分析法分别从充电站投建的不同投资主体角度进行了分析测算,得出合作投资模式下,无论是P公司还是加油站/大型停车场均实现了利益最大化,这样不仅解决了P公司现阶段存在的资金短缺问题,也进一步验证了合作投资模式更利于优势资源互补、提高盈利能力及完善充电设施网络规划布局。 本文最后建议P公司应加强与其他企业间的合作,共同建设充电站,在缓解自身资金压力的同时,与合作投资企业实现共赢。同时从充电基础设施发展角度看,随着电动汽车的大力推广,其建设和运营速度非常紧迫。本文的研究将为天津市充电桩行业找到适合自身的投资模式提供参考和依据,对持续推进城市充电站的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Environmental issues have always been the focus of the public. Countries around the world are striving to find a balance between economic development and the ecological environment. They hope to seek sustainable development of “economy-energy-environment” through new energy sources that can replace fossil energy. As the largest developing country, China continues to exert its strength in the ecological environment, and vigorously advocates energy saving and emission reduction and green travel concepts. While appealing to the concept of green development, we will focus on increasing subsidies for the new energy industry, and have introduced a number of favorable policies to provide large-scale subsidies to the electric vehicle industry and the charging pile industry. This shows that China is determined to promote the rapid development of the new energy industry. Although the explosive growth of electric vehicles has brought huge market demand for the charging pile industry as a supporting measure, the increase speed of charging piles is far less than the growth speed of electric vehicles. It can be seen that China's charging pile industry is still in the stage of exploration and development. There are many problems. Among them, the problems of inconsistent industry standards, insufficient social capital entry and complex operating environment will still exist in the short term and hinder the rapid development of the charging pile industry. This paper selects P company to conduct in-depth research for the case. Through the status quo of its investment, it points out that large investment and construction funds, high fixed cost and insufficient capital chain are the main problems at present. It is concluded that the integration of social capital is an important factor in solving the current situation of funds. means. After summarizing the five investment models of the existing charging pile industry and determining that “charging pile operation enterprise + gas station/large parking lot” is the most suitable cooperative investment mode for P company, the cost and profit decision analysis of the project is carried out. Through the analysis of the net present value and the payback period, the different investment entities from the charging station were analyzed and calculated. It is concluded that the P company or the gas station/large parking lot can realize the maximum benefit under the cooperative investment mode. This not only solves the shortage of funds that P company has at this stage, but also further proves that the cooperative investment model is more conducive to complementary resources, improve profitability and improve the network planning and layout of charging facilities. At the end of this paper, it is suggested that P Company should strengthen cooperation with other enterprises and jointly build charging stations to achieve a win-win situation with cooperative investment enterprises while alleviating their own financial pressures. At the same time, from the perspective of the development of charging infrastructure, with the vigorous promotion of electric vehicles, the construction and operation speed is very urgent. The research in this paper will provide reference and basis for Tianjin charging pile industry to find a suitable investment model for itself, and it has important practical significance for continuously promoting the sustainable development of urban charging stations. | |
