中文摘要：	随着供应链管理模式的繁荣发展以及产业金融的高速发展，基于提升供应链协同能力的供应链金融也顺势而发。这种新的融资模式进一步增强了中小企业的融资能力，降低了金融机构的信用风险，提高了供应链整体运行的平衡性和稳健性。现阶段，理论界和企业界探讨了产业链间的资金流、信息流、物流、商品流整合问题，同时从运营体系构建等角度探讨了产业与金融结合的实现模式。 从供应链金融的背景和意义入手,本文梳理和总结了近年来的相关理论和文献,在此基础上给出了供应链金融的相关概念和特点,定义了供应链金融的内涵，并介绍了供应链金融的发展过程和主要参与者。文章介绍了JDD公司基本情况及其开展供应链金融的发展历程，并详细阐述了JDD公司供应链金融的主要产品模式。本文利用相关分析工具对宏观环境和行业环境进行分析，并结合内部环境分析阐释了JDD公司开展供应链金融的优势和意义。 文章首先从国内供应链金融总体发展趋势、JDD公司供应链金融差异化合作策略、市场决策依据三个方面论述了JDD公司供应链金融差异化战略的制定依据，提出了适合的差异化战略目标与内容。其次在差异化实现路径中提出了场景共享化、体验客制化、决策数字化的核心能力构建，并基于此能力实现差异化战略。最后从客户洞察与客户管理、整合的风控定价管理等维度阐述了JDD公司供应链金融业务差异化战略的保障措施。 本文希望通过对JDD公司供应链金融差异化战略的研究，进一步提高JDD公司的行业竞争力，增强风险识别控制能力，实现公司可持续发展的目标。此外，也希望本文能够为行业中的其他公司在分析和设计差异化竞争战略提供一些参考。
英文摘要：	With the prosperity of the supply chain management model and the rapid development of industrial finance, supply chain finance based on enhancing the synergy of the supply chain has also taken advantage of the trend. This new financing model further enhances the financing ability of SMEs, reduces the credit risk of financial institutions, and improves the balance and stability of the overall operation of the supply chain. At this stage, the theoretical and business circles explored the issue of capital flow, information flow, logistics, and commodity flow integration between industrial chains. At the same time, the realization mode of the combination of industry and finance was discussed from the perspective of operational system construction. Starting from the background and significance of supply chain finance, this paper combs and summarizes relevant theories and literatures in recent years. On this basis, it gives the related concepts and characteristics of supply chain finance, defines the connotation of supply chain finance, and introduces The development process and main players of supply chain finance. The article introduces the basic situation of JDD company and the development process of supply chain finance, and elaborates the main product model of JDD supply chain finance. This paper uses relevant analysis tools to analyze the macro environment and industry environment, and combines internal environment analysis to explain the advantages and significance of JDD's supply chain finance. Firstly, this paper discusses the basis of JDD's supply chain financial differentiation strategy from three aspects: the overall development trend of domestic supply chain finance, JDD's supply chain financial differentiation cooperation strategy and market decision-making. It proposes a suitable differentiated strategic goal and Contents. Secondly, in the path of differentiated implementation, the core capabilities of scenario sharing, experience customization, and decision-making digitization are proposed, and differentiated strategies are realized based on this capability. Finally, risk-controlled pricing management from customer insight and customer management and integration The dimensions illustrate the safeguards for JDD's supply chain financial business differentiation strategy.
