中文摘要:随着人工智能技术的日益成熟,现代社会迫切需要进行建筑类工程的改革创新,依托科技研发和产业化应用实现智慧化机制。智慧工程作为推动传统产业改造提升的重要途径,须坚持利用不断科技创新,深化大数据、人工智能等研发应用,培育新动能和开拓新领域,从而推进各行业的智慧化发展引领行业发展。 随着技术的不断发展,创新的思想深入社会,更多的建筑类甲方存在智慧化的需要。建筑类智慧工程由于使用功能及甲方管理重点不同,其管理需求、应用技术与项目架构各不相同。因此对智慧工程前期设计对规划质量管理有更高的要求。在实际工作中作者发现,在前期设计阶段规划质量管理必须关注三点,即加强需求识别与管理;通过对标准与规范的收集和应用来保证智慧工程质量;对企业项目进行中的过程资产进行保存和管理。 本文的结构是从智慧工程前期设计的规划质量管理研究的背景、目的等开始。接着研究规划质量管理的经典理论和方法。第三章主要分析智慧工程前期设计阶段的特性,确定智慧工程前期设计的工作流程,识别智慧工程前期设计的影响因素并选择合适的管理方法。第四章通过实践分析智慧工程各个环节的关键管理方法。第五章对智慧工程前期设计规划质量管理工作的支持条件进行研究。第六章智慧工程前期设计规划质量管理在HQ项目中的一些经验进行介绍。第七章就规划质量管理研究的结论、不足与未来的展望。 首先利用质量功能展开的方法分析需求并与质量要求进行转换,使用需求追踪矩阵贯穿整个前期设计过程对需求进行管控。利用工作分解结构的方法对设计过程进行分解,对各个工作单元与需用的标准、规范等资源进行联接,前期设计的工作都属于符合标准规范的受控状态。最后利用三库的管理方法对从单一项目中提炼的可以在今后的项目中使用的标准化的模板库、相关资源库及经验教训库进行管理。希望本文的内容对智慧工程在前期设计阶段规划质量管理工作有帮助,对今后的行业发展有一定的借鉴价值。  
英文摘要:With the maturity of artificial intelligence technology, modern society needs more and more reform and innovation; research and development of science with technology industrialization practice. As an important part of promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, Intelligent Engineering adheres to innovation-led development, fosters new momentum and new industries, deepens research and development applications of big data and artificial intelligence; promotes the intelligent development of various industries. Due to the continuous development of technology and the penetration of innovative ideas into society,there is a need for wisdom in more different kinds of buildings. Base on the different functions and management emphases of intelligent engineering, the technology and architecture of management requirements and applications are different. Therefore, the customer needs a higher requirement for the planning quality management of the pre-design of intelligent engineering. In practical work, the author finds that in pre-design of intelligent engineering, the quality management of planning must strengthen the identification and management of demand; ensure the quality of intelligent engineering through the collection and application of standards and norms; accumulate and manage the process assets of enterprise projects. The structure of this paper begins with the background and purpose of the research on the quality management of design planning of the research on the planning quality management in pre-design of intelligent engineering. The second chapter studies the classical theories and methods of planning quality management. The third chapter mainly analyses the characteristic of the pre-design of the intelligent engineering, determines the work flow of the pre-design, identifies the influencing factors of the predesign of the intelligent engineering and chooses the appropriate management method. Chapter 4 analyses the key management methods of every link of intelligent engineering through practice. Chapter 5 researches the supporting conditions for the quality management of the pre-design planning of intelligent engineering. Chapter 6 introduces some experience of quality management of design planning in the pre-design of intelligent engineering in HQ project. Chapter 7 is the conclusion, deficiency and future prospect of the research on planning quality management. Through the research, the author analyzed the requirement through the method of quality function deployment and transformed it into the quality requirement, and then used the requirement tracking matrix to control it through the whole design process. The pre-design process is decomposed by the method of work decomposition structure, each unit of work is connected with the required standards, specifications and other resources. The pre-design work belongs to the controlled state conforming to the standards and specifications. Finally, the standardized template library, related resource library and experience library extracted from a single project can be used in future projects by using the management method of three libraries. I hoped that the content of this paper will be helpful to the planning quality management in pre-design of intelligent engineering, and will have a certain reference value for the future development of the industry.
