中文摘要：	2011年3月11日，日本福岛核事故的发生在世界范围内引发了极大的恐慌，对世界核电的发展产生了重大的影响，世界各国纷纷调整核电的发展规划，TH集团正是在这个时期披荆斩棘发展起来的核电企业，其上市之路因而倍加坎坷。作为特殊行业的一家企业，由于其行业性质本身就带有一定的神秘色彩，公众对之了解甚少，因为不知所以不安的情绪时刻萦绕。最近随着美剧《切尔诺贝利》的热播，让核电事故的恶劣影响又重新回到人们的视野中来，所以重视核电企业的信息披露以缓解大众的不安情绪是核电及其核电相关产业的企业义不容辞的社会责任，而通过每年发布的企业社会责任报告是向外界披露的主要形式。 随着经济国际化、全球化的发展，全球的能源危机及环境污染问题日益严重，已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。核电作为有巨大潜力的清洁能源之一，若能安全利用则会造福人类。TH集团作为跨国企业，应当充分借鉴国外的先进经验，考虑中国的实际情形，尊重自己企业的现状，不能只将追求经济利益的最大化作为自己的目标，而应该主动承担起企业的社会责任。在这个信息化、网络化的时代背景下，企业要主动承担起全面的社会责任，满足社会公众及利益相关者的多种需求，同时注重披露与社会责任相关的信息，完善企业社会责任披露的体系迫在眉睫。 目前中国企业的企业社会责任报告结构差异较大，参照标准不一，多数企业未能自觉主动编制，且没有一个覆盖全行业的标准，2009年中国核工业集团发布了第一份《企业社会责任报告》为中国核电企业提供了参考。本研究以中国核工业集团及中国一重的企业社会责任报告为参考对象，以分析TH集团的企业社会责任报告中现存的问题为研究主题，以公司战略和利益相关者理论为基础，通过对全球中国企业社会责任报告现状的分析与整理，对核电产业现状及前景的分析，为TH集团的企业社会责任报告编制的理念体系、规则体系、应用体系进行优化，期望TH集团能早日发布合格的企业社会责任报告。
英文摘要：	On March 11, 2011, Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in Japan, which had caused a great panic in the whole world, has a significant influence on the development of the nuclear power. Countries around the world have to adjust the nuclear power development plan, and at the meanwhile, to suspend part of the nuclear power plant construction and retrofit. TH group was happened to survive in this period of time, and rised as a public company. As an enterprise in a special industry, the public has little understanding of this industry because of its mysterious nature. Recently with the US TV series "chernobyl" hit, the bad influence of nuclear power plant accident haunted again. Therefore, it is the obligatory social responsibility of nuclear power industry enterprise to pay more attention to disclosure the nuclear power enterprise information in order to ease the public's unease. The Corporate Social Responsibility Report is the main form of disclosure to the outside world. With the development of economic internationalization and globalization, the energy crisis and environmental pollution which are getting serious has attracted great attention from all walks of life. Nuclear power, as one of the clean energy sources with great potential, will benefit mankind if it is used safely, and will accelerate the extinction of mankind if it is used wrongly. As a multinational enterprise, TH group should fully learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, consider the actual situation of China, and respect its own enterprise's status quo, and not only pursue the maximization of economic interests as its goal, but also take the initiative to assume corporate social responsibility. In this era of informatization and networking, enterprises should take the initiative to assume comprehensive social responsibility, to meet the various needs of the public and stakeholders, and to pay attention to the disclosure of information related to social responsibility. It is urgent to improve the system of corporate social responsibility disclosure. At present, the structure of CSR reports of Chinese enterprises varies greatly, with different reference standards. Most of the companies fail to compile their own report initiatively, and there is no standard covering the whole industry. In 2009, China National Nuclear Corporation released the first CSR report, which provides reference for Chinese nuclear power enterprises. This study, which take CSR report of China Nuclear Industry Group and China No. 1 heavy as reference, and analyze the problems in TH group's CSR report, will be based on the company strategy and stakeholder theory, and optimize the management system, the rules system, and application system of TH group’s CSR report by analyzing the current situation of global and Chinese CSR report and the nuclear industry present situation and prospect. It is ecpected that TH Group can release the qualified corporate social responsibility report as soon as possible.
