中文摘要:随着现阶段互联网发展的不断进步,电子书籍的不断兴起,对于全球整体的印刷行业都是受到了严重的冲击,市场大幅萎缩,因此印刷行业的附属行业油墨也受到了一定程度的影响。D油墨公司作为全球领先的油墨企业,对于市场的飞速变化也需要进行迅速调整改进,因此管理者就将管理的核心放在生产上,希望企业现阶段的生产管理上有所突破和改进,从而达到降低成本,提升生产效率的目的,而本论文以D油墨公司为依托进行进一步研究。 本文主要针对D油墨公司的生产现场管理开展相关的研究分析,针对存在的问题利用管理理论分析原因,并提出对应的改善措施,从而能够帮助其提升产品质量和生产效率,进而使其逐渐探索出一套适合企业实际情况的管理体系。本文研究的主要目的是为了使此类企业可以根据自身实际情况来针对性的改进生产管理模式,对企业管理具有极大地参考与借鉴价值。研究以D油墨公司为例,结合生产现场管理及优化相关理论和方法,对D油墨公司的生产现场管理现状进行详细的调查研究并指出其存在的问题,从5S的角度进行分析并在当前生产现场管理的基础上,初步制定生产现场管理整体优化方案,同时将本方案如何进一步落地施行也进行探讨,以确保D油墨公司现场管理改进能够得到顺利的实施。 解决现场管理的诸多问题,也具有十分重要的现实意义。一方面可以降低生产成本。通过制定合理地生产计划,能够有效降低生产成本,提升工作效率,对生产设备和工具定期保养维护,这样能够降低设备故障率,保证生产工作正常进行,延长设备使用年限。要严格要求工艺和工艺路线,这样能够保证生产出高质量产品,大幅降低呆滞率,生产现场管理模式则能够使生产过程中的作业面积得到最大化的利用,帮助及时发现存在的问题和安全隐患,避免生产工具和材料的丢穿,通过合理开展定置管理工作能够有效降低劳动强度,缩短生产中所用材料的搬运路线,保证生产顺利进行,而且还能够有效防止出现原材料的浪费,从而节约生产成本和劳动时间,为企业带未更好的效益。另一方面还可以保证安全生产。加大对新产品进行开发和研制的才度,重视设备更新换代、新工艺、以及新料的运用,确保安全生产。 论文的整体结构如下: 第一章绪论。主要介绍了本篇论文研究的背景及意义以及国内外研究现状及发展趋势,紧接着针对于本篇论文所研究的方法进行进一步阐述,以案例研究法为依托,借助于各项研究工具,便于挖掘D公司中的各项问题,并有针对性的提出相关的解决方案。 第二章现场管理相关理论基础主要回顾了现场管理相关理论,通过对这些理论进行回顾,有利于我们对于D油墨公司的具体情况进行进一步分析和方案的制定,也为整体的整改方案提供一定的理论依据。 第三章D油墨公司生产现场管理现状及问题分析。本章节首先针对D油墨公司的情况进行简单的介绍,对公司背景的把握有利于我们提出更有针对性的解决方案。之后将D油墨公司生产管理的情况进行介绍,包括部门架构、生产工艺等等相关知识进行简单介绍,同时将生产管理中暴露出来的问题进行相关描述,而本次问题解决的落脚点就是5S管理,根据5S中的“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养”进行介绍,从而将问题分析地更加深刻。 第四章D油墨公司现场管理优化方案设计,主要对D油墨公司在上一章中描述的相关问题设计一定的解决方案,并通过5S的角度来进行深入的分析,已达到提高现阶段生产管理现状的目的。而具体问题的解决方案就是围绕着第三章的问题来进行有针对性的方案,也就是围绕着5S中的“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养”的各项不足进行方案设计。而在方案设计中,不能仅仅局限于理论框架上得出方案。也要根据D油墨公司中的具体情况来进行有针对性的调整和改进,以便于本方案可以更好的落地执行。具体方案整理如下: 一、设计整体的实施方案。通过对全局的把握与控制,通过激励措施、示范区活动、培训宣传等方式制定整体的实施方案,使得D油墨公司的现场管理方案执行有了大方向的指引。 二、5S的具体推行。有了整体的实施方案,那么对于细化的方案,D油墨公司通过5S的角度,即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养五个方面依次进行分析,同时针对这五个方面的暴露出来的各种问题进行细化的改进方案,使得政策可以进一步的执行。 三、现场管理的深化。通过对现场管理各项问题的分析,在针对现场管理的延伸导向及内审制度,让现场管理不仅可以达到标准的要求,同时还可以将现场管理进一步深化,达到好的效果,可以节约成本,提高生产效率。 第五章现场管理方案的实施与效果评估将根据第四章所提出的具体方案,将如何进行进一步的实施进行深入探讨,将方案可以最大化的进行利用,同时针对实施后的方案,能够给D油墨公司带来多少的效果也进行了简单的评估。不仅有利于方案的具体落地施行,同时也可以更好的检验本方案在D公司中是否可以在D油墨公司中实现真正的落地,也有待于根据评估内容进行进一步研究。 本篇论文为一篇前瞻性的论文,因此在未来D公司的执行过程中难免会有一些在执行过程中达不到要求的地方或者还有需要改进的地方,那在未来的过程中,随着本方案的执行,遇到的各种问题再随之调整,以便让本方案更有效,更能为企业解决实际问题。 作为一家行业领先企业,D油墨公司所取得的成绩是有目共睹的,但是作为一家制造型企业,加强现场管理也就显得尤为重要,所以只要根据上述的改进方案执行,通过此次整体优化,使D油墨公司的生产效率得到了进一步的提高,同时,企业生产的安全性,员工的整体素质以及产品的各项工艺也都有了进一步的改善,使得企业的整体都有了进一步的提升与发展。同时该研究对于有类似需求的企业,想要提升现场管理水平和企业持久竞争力方面,也是具有十分重要的借鉴意义,相信D油墨公司未来会发展的更好。

With the continuous rise of electronic books and the sharp decline of the market, with the continuous progress of the Internet at the present stage, Printing Ink is also affected to a certain extent in the subsidiary industries of the Printing industry. D-printing Ink Company, as the world's leading Printing Ink enterprise, also needs to make rapid adjustments and improvements due to the rapid changes in the market. In the study, further research will be conducted on the basis of d-printing Ink Company. It is hoped that there will be breakthroughs and improvements in the current production management of enterprises, and managers will put the core of management on production, so as to reduce costs and improve production efficiency. In the study, relevant research and analysis will be carried out for the production site management of d-printing Ink Company, corresponding improvement measures will be proposed, and the reasons for the existing problems will be analyzed with the management theory.
