英文摘要:W Consulting was born in 2000. Since its establishment, the company has established a competitive position in the management consulting industry with its unique business model and organizational model. It has stood out from many competitors and has become a Chinese native. One of the largest management consulting companies. W Consulting's strategic consulting business has also made significant breakthroughs, and has undertaken a number of important domestic strategic consulting businesses, and has achieved good reputation and brand influence. However, with the changes in the market, the changes in the competitive landscape, and the inadequacy of the W consulting company itself, the strategic consulting business of W Consulting encountered considerable challenges: the volume of strategic consulting business continued to shrink, and customer satisfaction declined. The market share continues to decline. Faced with such an internal and external environment, it is a major challenge for W Consulting to evaluate the way in which the consulting firm's strategic consulting business should upgrade its business and continuously improve its market competitiveness. In this context, by studying the challenges faced by W Management Consulting's traditional strategic consulting business, and trying to give advice on optimizing the strategic consulting business of W Consulting, this has certain practical significance for the future development of W Consulting's strategic consulting business. The exploration of the new model of strategic business consulting industry also has certain reference significance. This paper starts from the perspective of historical evolution, through combing the background and characteristics of strategic management theory and strategic management consulting, and tries to explore the development and evolution of strategic management theory and strategic management consulting, and find out the possible future. The development trend provides a certain direction for W Consulting's future business upgrade. Secondly, this article starts from the status quo of W management consulting company, understands the basic situation of W consulting company, the basic situation of strategic consulting business, the operational paradigm of strategic consulting at the current stage, and the shortcomings of the current strategic consulting business of W consulting company. The consulting company urgently needs to improve the content of the promotion. Thirdly, this article discusses from the market and academic level, in the new environment, W consulting company's strategic consulting business is faced with various challenges. Finally, based on the above analysis, the SWOT analysis and the Boston matrix method are analyzed, and five promotion strategies and three implementation guarantee mechanisms for the W consulting company's strategic consulting business in the new environment are given.
