中文摘要:现在的中国早已进入高速发展的时期,居民生活水平的提高令全世界惊叹,所以对其居住地区整体生态环境和住宅区的环境要求也在逐步提高;随着“京津冀一体化” 布局的推进,需要大面积的城市基础设施建设,其中城市园林绿化的需求量暴增,园林绿化行业又迎来一个巨大的发展机会。GR园林工程公司作为民营中小型园林工程企业,希望能够突破现阶段的发展瓶颈,在巨大的园林市场占有一席之地。首先为了对GR园林工程公司做分析打下理论基础,本文整理了商业模式相关理论和工具;其次分析了GR园林工程公司所在的细分市场的行业现状、GR园林工程公司公司所处的发展阶段、下一阶段的发展目标、企业现状;运用商业模式画布分析GR园林工程公司现有的商业模式优劣。分析得出企业现在的商业模式传统而单一,无法适应公司下一阶段的发展规划,急需优化和改进;第三,对GR园林工程公司现有的商业模式进行改进和设计,在聚焦传统业务的同时将客户细分为四大类,并针对每一类客户的特点做定制化服务;设计了几个行之有效的方法帮助企业推广和拓展资源,让更多的人认识GR园林工程公司,也便于纵向及横向资源整合,避免企业的迅速发展造成资源枯竭。第四,从人力资源、知识性资源、企业包装宣传、行业资源拓展几个方面设计GR园林工程新商业模式的实施措施。希望通过本文对GR园林工程公司新商业模式的设计及其实施措施,能够为GR园林工程公司下一阶段的发展提供一条探索商业模式的参考路径。也希望能够为本行业的大量民营中小企业如何发展、如何突破瓶颈,走出一条不同以往的道路起到借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:Nowadays China has already entered a period of rapid development and the improvement of residents' living standards has surprised the world. In the meantime, people more and more attention to the quality of their daily life and demands better urban ecological and residential environment. Both the advancing urban infrastructure construction for "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration” and the soaring engineering quantity for urban landscaping construction have brought vast space for the development of landscaping industry. As a private small and medium-sized landscape engineering enterprise, GR Landscape Engineering Company longs to break through the development bottleneck in current stage and occupy a place in the broad landscape market. This paper firstly analyses the business model together with the relevant theories and tools which lays necessary theoretical foundation to design a business model for GR Landscape Engineering Company. Secondly, it analyses the industry status quo of GR Landscape Engineering Company in the market segment, the stage GR Landscape Engineering Company is in, the objectives to develop and the enterprise status quo in the next stage, analyzes GR's existing business model through the business model canvas. The analysis shows that GR’s current business model is traditional and single, which cannot adapt to GR’s development plan in the next stage and needs to be optimized and improved urgently. Thirdly, the paper improves and designs for GR’s current business model by dividing the customers into four categories while focusing on traditional business, and customizes services according to the characteristics of each category of customers. Several effective methods are designed as well to help GR promote and expand its resources, so as to make GR known to more and more people, which is convenient for longitudinal and transverse resource integration, avoiding resource depletion due to the enterprise’s rapid development. Fourthly, it designs the measures for GR's new business model in term of human resources, knowledge resources, enterprise packaging publicity and industry resource expansion. Hopefully the design and measures for GR's new business model put forward in this paper can provide a reference for GR to explore its business model in the next stage. Also hope to be able to play a reference role for the development of a large number of private SMEs in this industry, how to break through the bottleneck, and find a way different from the past.
