| 中文摘要: | 随着全球贸易一体化的飞速发展,中国的企业迅速走出国门,寻找发展良机。但是开拓海外市场存在许多不确定性因素,面临的风险很大,稍有不慎就招致损失。由于我国企业自身的弱点以及对国际工程项目风险管理较为薄弱,使得我国企业在对外工程总承包中面临着巨大的风险和挑战。要规避风险,增加获利机会,迫切需要加强对外工程总承包项目的风险管理。 本文立足于我国对外工程承包商的角度,结合风险本质以及对外工程总承包项目的特点,对国际工程总承包项目的主要风险因素和风险管理进行较为系统的研究。从理论上根据对外工程项目风险的特性,系统介绍了对外工程总承包项目的风险管理框架,阐述了对外工程总承包项目风险管理的主要内容;对风险进行分类识别、系统分析,提出了风险应对的主要措施;同时选取首钢秘鲁铁矿股份有限公司圣尼古拉斯港装船机及码头改造工程项目为研究对象,理论联系实际进行案例分析,并总结了案例项目的启示。 在风险分析方面,本文从风险识别和风险评估两个方面展开论述。针对风险识别,文章介绍了风险的识别技术与工具,并运用这些工具将风险按来源进行分类识别;针对风险评估,文章通过风险评估的方法,定性分析与定量分析相结合,为风险管理提供了前提与基础。 在风险管理方面,本文从风险规划、风险控制策略、风险监控三个方面阐述风险管理实施过程。对风险进行识别和评估后,最重要的还是采取措施控制风险。本文从风险减轻、风险预防、风险转移、风险回避、风险自留等五个方面介绍了风险应对的主要举措,并将其结合起来考虑,提出了风险应对策略的组合选择策略,为实践提供理论依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid globalization of trade development, Chinese enterprises quickly go out of the country, looking for opportunity.
