| 中文摘要： | 能源是人类社会发展的基石，随着陆地油气资源的不断使用与日益枯竭，海洋资源开发已经成为新兴市场并获得快速发展，用于海洋资源开发的工程装备已成为世界各国发展的重点内容，中国也已做出提高海洋资源开发能力、建设海洋强国的战略部署，在这一大背景下，中国海工装备制造业迎来快速发展的关键时期，如何选择发展战略、抓住市场机会、发挥自身优势并获得快速发展对中国海工制造企业具有重要意义。 BM公司是一家本土海洋装备制造企业，主要面向国际油气市场，其产品是模块化海工装备。本文以BM公司为研究对象，在竞争战略管理理论的基础上，采用PEST分析和五力模型对企业外部环境进行分析，采用价值链分析法对企业内部环境进行分析，找出企业面临的外部机遇与威胁，认识企业自身的优势与劣势，最终通过SWOT模型帮助企业选择战略，制定战略实施方案并提出保障措施。 通过本文的研究，作者希望为企业基于竞争战略理论选择战略方案提供思路，在实现企业自身长期可持续发展目标的同时，也为中国海工制造企业的战略研究提供参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Energy is the basis of human society development, as the onshore oil and gas being developed and consumed, ocean developing is being more important as the new market and growing promptly, many countries focus on research and manufacture of device used for ocean resources development, China also make a strategy to improve capacity of ocean development and be a strong country with marine resource usage. Based on this condition, now is the good time to achieve high speed development for Chinese offshore device manufacturer and it is important to make a suitable strategy to catch up chance and be stronger for them. BM company is a local traditional offshore device manufacturer who focus on international oil and gas market, this article analysis BM company based on competitive strategy theory, study out outside environment with PEST and five force model, analyze internal environment with value chain, figure out opportunities, threats, strengths and weakness of BM company, then to select strategy based on SWOT analysis and make a execution plan to implement. Author hope to bring BM company some ideas to make best strategy based on competition theory from this study, to achieve long term and continuous development target, to help other Chinese offshore device manufacturers to study strategy as well. | |
