中文摘要:项目沟通管理作为现代项目管理知识体系中十大知识领域之一,是项目成功与否的关键因素。项目管理知识体系指南中指出,项目经理应花费 75%-90%的时间在项目沟通管理上,也体现了沟通管理在项目管理过程中起着重要的作用。随着项目复杂程度的不断提升以及各企业逐渐加快的项目化进程,通过有效的沟通管理,使项目团队适应不断变化的项目内外部环境,实现项目目标和企业的战略目标的意义得到了广泛的认可。 C 公司是一家中英合资的生产制造类企业,新产品由跨文化、跨地域的三方协同开发,影响项目及项目沟通管理的因素有很多。在 C 公司的新产品开发项目中,由于沟通问题影响项目质量、成本、进度目标实现的情况非常普遍。如何通过改善沟通管理,进一步提高沟通效率和效果,保障项目目标和组织目标的顺利实现,提高项目团队绩效,是本文研究与关注的重点。本文基于项目管理知识体系指南中的相关理论、沟通过程模型、以及新产品开发的相关理论研究,通过调查问卷和访谈的形式,对 C 公司新产品开发项目沟通管理存在的主要问题进行探究和分析。随后根据新产品开发项目的特点提出针对 C 公司项目沟通问题的改善对策,并分别对项目生命周期的不同阶段,即:开始阶段、组织与准备阶段、执行项目阶段和项目收尾阶段提出了具体的实施保障。 目前针对工程建设类项目、软件开发类项目、科学研究类项目等沟通管理的研究比较充,对于生产制造类企业的新产品开发类项目的沟通管理研究还比较匮乏,本文旨在通过对 C 公司沟通管理过程的分析研究,为其他类似企业的类似沟通管理改善提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:Project communication management, as one of the ten knowledge domains in the modern project management knowledge system, is the key factor for the success of the project. Meanwhile, PMBOK clearly points out that project managers should spend 75% - 90% of their time on project communication management, which also reflects that communication management plays an important role in the process of project management. With the increasing complexity of the project and the gradual acceleration of the project process of each enterprise, through effective communication management, the project team adapts to the changing internal and external environment of the project, and the significance of achieving the project objectives and the strategic objectives of the enterprise has been widely recognized. As a Sino-British joint venture manufacturing enterprise, new products are developed by cross-cultural and cross-regional cooperation, there are many factors affecting project and project communication management in C Company. In the new product development project of C Company, it is very common for communication problems to affect the achievement of project quality, cost and schedule goals. Therefore, how to effectively reduce project communication barriers, improve efficiency and effectiveness of communication to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and improve project team performance is the focus of this thesis. Base on PMBOK, communication process model and new product development theory,this thesis explores and analyses the main problems of communication management in new product development project of C Company through questionnaire and interview. Then, according to the characteristics of the new product development project, this thesis puts forward the improvement countermeasures for the project communication problems of Company C, and puts forward specific implementation guarantees for the different stages of the project life cycle, namely, the beginning stage, the organization and preparation stage, the execution stage and the end stage. At present, the relatively research on communication management of engineering construction projects, software development projects and scientific research projects is sufficient, but the research on communication management of new product development projects in manufacturing enterprises is scarce. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and study the communication management process of C Company for other similar enterprises. Similar communication management improvements can be used for reference.
