中文摘要:科技的发展日新月异,企业怎么才能长期处于行业领先地位,只有利用全球资源,保持自己的核心竞争力,才能使企业处于不败之地。特别是近些年来随着智能家电、智慧城市、智慧交通、全屋物联的快速发展,对实现智能化的核心部件PCBA(电脑板)的需求日益增加。客户新需求层出不穷,技术发展迭代升级,对企业的快速反应和应变能力要求原来越高,如果用传统思维在这种严峻的竞争环境下,只依靠自己的力量,单打独斗是很难生存下去。为适应时代发展,各个公司都在寻求转型,专注于自身的核心竞争力的研究,对非核心的业务由合作企业来完成。生产外包,就是把企业非核心的制造环节,转交有相关资质,专注于生产的企业来完成。全球比较知名的品牌比如耐克、阿迪达斯、苹果等,生产部分均是由生产代工企业来完成的。 H公司是R集团(全球领先家电品牌)下的全资子公司,主营PCBA的研发和生产,现在面临着以下诸多问题,如产能不足、一线生产人员管理能力不足、集团政策限制生产工人数量、生产柔性差,效率低下、生产设备陈旧等。为了快速解决H公司现在存在的问题,提升H公司的口碑,扩大市场份额以求取更大的发展空间,H公司也是在借用各种资源来快速应对当前困境。本文以H公司为例,结合实际从H公司现在存在的问题入手,利用SWOT等分析方法,识别出公司的主要矛盾,明确了解决现在问题的最优方案就是生产外包,并对生产外包的可行性进行分析,进一步分析外包的具体生产工序和外包供应商的选择等,并对外包质量控制进行分析控制。  
英文摘要:With the rapid development of science and technology, how can enterprises stay in the leading position in the industry for a long time, and only by using global resources and maintaining their core competitiveness can enterprises be in an invincible position. In particular, in recent years, with the rapid development of smart home appliances, smart cities, smart transportation, and whole-house goods, the demand for intelligent core components PCBA (computer board) is increasing. The new demands of customers are emerging one after another, and the technological development is iteratively upgraded. The rapid response and resilience requirements of enterprises are higher. If traditional thinking is used in this severe competitive environment, it is difficult to survive by relying solely on one's own strength. In order to adapt to the development of the times, each company is seeking transformation, focusing on the research of its core competitiveness, and the non-core business is completed by the cooperative enterprise. Production outsourcing is to transfer the non-core manufacturing links of the enterprise to the enterprises with relevant qualifications and focus on production. The world's more well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, Apple, etc., the production part is completed by the production foundry. H Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of R Group (the world's leading home appliance brand). It is mainly engaged in the R&D and production of PCBA. Now it faces many problems, such as insufficient capacity, insufficient management ability of first-line production personnel, and group policy restrictions on the number of production workers. , poor production flexibility, low efficiency, outdated production equipment, etc. In order to quickly solve the problems existing in H Company, enhance the reputation of H Company, and expand market share in order to obtain more development space, H Company is also borrowing various resources to quickly cope with the current difficulties. This article takes H company as an example, combined with the actual problems existing in H company, using SWOT and other analytical methods to identify the main contradictions of the company, and clarifies that the optimal solution to the current problem is production outsourcing, and feasible for production outsourcing. Sexual analysis, further analysis of the specific production process of outsourcing and the choice of outsourcing suppliers, and analysis and control of outsourcing quality control.
