中文摘要：	近年来房地产行业的竞争日益加剧，行业集中度不断提升，在房地产企业的竞争过程中，规模已成为房地产企业不断持续发展的必要保障。随着房地产企业规模化，标准化设计成为国内房地产行业的一个必不可少的研究课题。近几年国内规模增长较快的房地产企业比如恒大、万科和龙湖等都将标准化设计作为其企业发展的重要方向，并通过标准化设计的复制，加速了企业的全国性布局。同时随着标杆房地产企业的标准化设计体系的逐渐建立，我国房地产行业关于标准化设计的实践和理论研究也在不断的完善，与标准化设计相关的风险管理研究也逐渐引起了房地产企业的关注，但是关于房地产住宅项目标准化设计的风险管理的理论、实践以及风险管理的水平还未达到成熟的阶段。本文在对风险管理理论及标准化设计相关理论研究的基础上，以JD集团住宅项目标准化设计为研究对象，结合JD集团住宅项目标准化设计的内容和特点，对JD集团住宅项目标准化设计的风险管理提出了改进策略。通过研究JD集团住宅项目标准化设计的发展过程，访谈资深专业人士和实地调研等方式，分别对标准化设计的编制和实施过程中的各阶段进行了风险识别、风险评估和风险应对的研究。同时本论文通过对JD集团住宅项目标准化设计的风险管理研究，为JD集团住宅项目标准化设计提供了安全的管理环境，建立了科学的风险管理机制，并为JD集团有效的进行住宅项目的质量控制、进度控制和成本控制提供了有价值的参考意见。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the competition in the real estate industry has intensified, and the concentration of the industry has been continuously improved. In the process of competition in real estate enterprises, the scale has become an essential guarantee for the continuous development of real estate enterprises. With the development of the scale of real estate enterprises, the standardized design has become an indispensable research topic in the domestic real estate industry. Real estate companies with rapid growth in China, such as Evergrande, Vanke, and Longfor, have considered standardized design as an important research topic for their enterprise development and accelerated the national layout of enterprises through the replication of standardized design in recent years. With the gradual establishment and improvement of the standardized design system of benchmark real estate enterprises, the practice and theoretical research on standardized design in China's real estate industry is also constantly improving. The risk management research related to the standardized design ，which has gradually attracted everyone's attention. However the theory, practice and risk management level of risk management for the standardized design of real estate residential projects have not reached the mature stage. Based on the theoretical research of risk management theory and related theories of standardized design, this thesis takes the standardized design of JD group residential projects as the research object and combines the content and characteristics of the standardized design of JD group residential projects to put forward requirements and improvement strategies for the risk management of the standardized design of JD group residential projects. By studying the development process of JD group's standardized design for residential projects, interviewing senior professionals and conducting field research, the risk identification, risk assessment and risk response of each stage in the preparation and implementation of the standardized design were respectively studied. At the same time, through the risk management research on the standardized design of JD Group residential projects, it provides a safe management environment for the standard design of JD Group residential projects, establishes a scientific risk management mechanism, and effectively carries out quality control, schedule control and cost control for residential projects，which also provides a valuable reference.
