中文摘要:薪酬管理是人力资源管理的基础模块之一,也是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,作为直接影响到公司成本的主要因素,历来受到各企业管理者的高度重视。随着企业的不断发展,现代化的薪酬管理对于企业的战略目标实现、提升员工的积极性、内部人才培养、外部人才招聘、建设企业文化等方面有着重要的影响。以本文引用的A汽车服务公司为例,对于服务型公司,薪酬管理是日常公司管理需要重点研究的问题。由于受到相关专业能力的影响,是急需解决的难点问题。 本文首先对论文所需的相关理论材料和文献材料进行了收集和整理。以及为基础,运用相关理论对A公司的实际情况进行了分析。通过分析该公司的现状、存在的问题。通过采用薪酬管理的相关理论和方法,结合实际情况,对于该公司的薪酬体系进行了整体优化。优化后的方案将结合公司实际需要,以固定薪酬和浮动薪酬相结合,浮动薪酬比重更大的薪酬体系。 本文阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义,又对开展研究所使用的框架和方法进行了描述。同时结合相关理论和文献综述,对于研究过程中需要的人力资源管理和薪酬管理相关理论体系进行了梳理。下一步对于A公司的经营现状、人力资源现状进行了描述,对于体系中存在的问题进行了归纳和分析。结合公司实际情况和发现的问题,对于薪酬体系优化的必要性进行了讨论,优化思路进行了确立,优化方案进行了相关设计。最后针对优化方案在实施过程中的步骤和相关保证对策进行了研究,与其他人力资源管理系统的结合进行了论述。 总而言之,本文通过对于A公司薪酬体系存在问题的研究和分析,提出优化方案,对于A公司的薪酬管理水平的提高提供一定的助力,希望对于存在相同问题的企业给予一定的启发。 
英文摘要:Salary management is one of the basic modules of human resource management and an important part of human resource management. As a major factor that directly affects the cost of the company, it has always been highly valued by the managers of various enterprises. With the continuous development of enterprises, modern salary management has an important impact on the realization of corporate strategic goals, the promotion of employee enthusiasm, internal talent training, external talent recruitment, and construction of corporate culture. Taking A car service company cited in this article as an example, for entrepreneurial companies, salary management is a key issue for daily company management. Due to the influence of relevant professional capabilities, it is a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper first collects and organizes the relevant theoretical materials and literature materials needed for the paper. Based on the basic theory, the actual situation of Company A was analyzed using relevant theories. By analyzing the current situation and problems of the company. Through the adoption of relevant theories and methods of compensation management, combined with the actual situation, the company's compensation system has been optimized overall. The optimized plan will combine the actual needs of the company, with a combination of fixed salary and variable salary, and a salary system with a larger proportion of floating compensation. This paper first expounds the research background and research significance of this paper, and describes the framework and method used in the research. At the same time, combined with relevant theories and literature review, the relevant theoretical systems of human resource management and compensation management needed in the research process were sorted out. The next step is to describe the current situation of A company's operation and the status of human resources, and summarize and analyze the problems existing in the system. Based on the actual situation of the company and the problems found, the necessity of salary system optimization was discussed, the optimization ideas were established, and the optimization plan was related. Finally, the steps in the implementation process of the optimization scheme and related guarantee countermeasures are studied, and the combination with other human resource management systems is discussed. All in all, this paper proposes an optimization plan through the research and analysis of the problems of the company's compensation system, and provides some assistance to the improvement of the company's salary management level. It is hoped that the enterprises with the same problems will be inspired.
