中文摘要: 在供给侧改革的大环境,南开大学创新创业基地(简称双创基地)以科创服务及科技投资为主营业务,经过四年多的运营,探索出了具有一定特色的科创服务及投资的商业模式。科创服务业作为新兴产业,由于商业模式不清晰,其自身的造血功能不足,严重制约该行业的发展,本文自科创服务业的起源孵化器开始梳理,对其所处的宏观环境,行业发展现状、企业经营环境等进行了深度分析,阐述以南开大学双创基地为代表的科创服务机构应肩负的历史使命,同时结合目前南开大学双创基地所面临的经营问题以及其他竞争对手所面临的经营困境,从其平台商业模式的构成要素着手,明确南开大学双创基地的科创服务模式的核心竞争力,通过不同类型的服务模式对比,得出以科技创业服务与科技投资相结合模式的平台服务是具有竞争力的研究结论,并对这一双轮驱动平台化商业模式进行展开分析。 本文结合南开大学双创基地所服务的医疗健康行业为例,研究了南开大学双创基地的建设背景、资源优势、商业模式、业务构成等,在科技创业服务与科技投资中,着重选取创新药的产业化中心作为科技服务模式代表,选取基因检测行业的投资作为科技投资模式代表,对其科创服务的商业模式的制定以及实施进行研究,阐述以产业为内核的科创服务机构实现短期及长期收益的途径和方法。 虽然本文的研究对象是南开大学双创基地,但是它所面临的业务困境却是目前所有科创服务机构面对的共同难题。本文的创新点在于,从理论与实际相结合的角度,分析南开大学双创基地为代表的科创服务机构的核心价值及作用,深入剖析南开大学双创基地目前所面临的问题,在此基础上设计与实施其所适用的平台商业模式,希望本文的研究对行业内其他科创服务机构构建有效的商业模式也能有所裨益。 
英文摘要: In the context of supply-side reforms, Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship Base is mainly engaged in science and technology services and technology investment. After more than four years of operation, it has explored a business model that has certain characteristics of science and innovation services and investment. As a new industry, science and technology service industry, due to the unclear business model, its own hematopoietic function is not enough, seriously restricting the development of the industry, this article from the origin of science and technology service industry incubator began to comb, its macro environment. The present situation of the development of the industry and the business environment of the enterprises were analyzed in depth, and the historical mission of the science and innovation service organizations represented by the innovation and entrepreneurship base of Nankai University was expounded. At the same time, based on the operating problems faced by Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship base and the business difficulties faced by other competitors, starting from the elements of its platform business model, the core competitiveness of Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship service model is clarified. Through the comparison of different types of service models, it is concluded that platform service combined with technology start-up service and technology investment is the most competitive research conclusion, and this two-wheel driven platform business model is analyzed. Based on the medical and health industry of Nankai University, this thesis describes the construction background, resource advantage, business model and business structure of Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship base, which is used in science and technology start-up services and technology investment. The industrial center of innovative drugs was selected as the representative of the science and technology service model, and the investment of the gene detection industry as the representative of the science and technology investment model. Demonstrate ways and means of realizing short-and long-term benefits for industry-driven science and technology service providers. The research object of this thesis is the innovation and entrepreneurship base of Nankai University, but its business predicament is a common problem facing all scientific innovation service organizations. The innovation point of this article is that from the perspective of combining theory with practice, under the reform of the supply side, the core value and function of the science and innovation service organization represented by Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship base is analyzed, and the current problems faced by Nankai University's innovation and entrepreneurship base are analyzed. On the basis of the design and implementation of the applicable platform business model, we hope that the research of this article can also be helpful to other companies in the industry to formulate service strategies and build business models.
