中文摘要:人才是企业发展的动力源泉,人才招聘是为公司招揽人才的重要手段,而新员工培训是引导人才快速进入新角色、激发人才潜能的有效途径。近年来,在通信行业,随着科技迭代速度越来越快、产品生产研发周期越来越短、对人才队伍的要求也越来越高,给企业的招聘和培训带来的巨大的挑战。与此同时,新时代新员工特征已不同于以往,他们属于90后甚至是95后,他们思想活跃、随性张扬、特立独行,缺乏集体责任心,喜欢自由讨厌被约束。比起物质奖励,他们更注重工作所带给他们的快乐和愉悦。面对着市场环境和新员工特征的变化,企业的新员工培训显得更为重要,创新新员工培训模式、缩短新员工融入环境的时间、实现企业与个人的共赢是新员工培训的方向。 M通信公司成立于2012年,是一家面向政企市场提供技术与服务的公司,具有高投入性、高技术人才密集性、高创新性等高新技术企业特征,公司的业务对前沿科技更新和市场变化的敏感性非常高,这就要求M通信公司不断调整自身结构、提高人才队伍素质,适应市场需求。而M信公司现有的新员工方案因目标不明确、内容形式单一、教学质量差、课程针对性不高等问题,已经无法有效地支撑公司人力资源建设。本文通过研究企业员工培训理论、评估理论等知识,针对M通信公司现有新员工培训活动存在的问题,采用了访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,分析其根本原因,获取期望的培训需求,制定相应的改进方案,并结合M通信公司经营特点,重新构建一套适合M通信公司自身特点并且切实可行的新员工培训体系。本文研究也是将高新技术通信企业的新员工培训单独作为研究对象,探索新员工培训价值如何实现最大化,是企业人力资源精细化管理的一次创新尝试。 
英文摘要:New employee training is an effective way to guide talents to quickly enter new roles and motivate talent potential. In recent years, with the speed of technology iterations is getting faster and faster, the requirements for the talent team are getting higher and higher, which brings huge challenges to the recruitment and training of enterprises. At the same time, the characteristics of new employees in the new era are different from the past. Facing the changes in the market environment and the attributes of new employees, the training of new employees is more important. Innovative new employee training mode, shortening the rapid integration of new employees into the environment, and realizing The win-win situation between enterprises and individuals is the direction of new employee training. Founded in 2012, M Communication Company is a high-tech enterprise with high investment, high-tech talents, and high innovation. The company's business is highly sensitive to cutting-edge technology and market changes, which requires M Communication Company. Constantly adjust its own structure, improve the quality of the talent team, and adapt to market demand. The original new employee program of M Communication Company has been unable to effectively support the company's human resources construction. By studying the knowledge of enterprise employee training theory, training model theory, evaluation theory, etc., this paper uses interviews, questionnaires and other research methods to analyze the root causes of the new employee training activities, obtain training needs, and make corresponding improvements. The program, combined with the operating characteristics of M Communication Company, builds a new employee training system that is suitable for M's own characteristics and practical.
