中文摘要:随着经济全球化向着纵深方向的发展,中国作为世界上规模最大的纺织服装生产国,很难再以低成本的竞争优势立足于全球纺织市场,我国纺织业依赖于其完整产业链的坚实基础,正在由劳动密集型向技术资源型转变,中国正在向世界纺织强国迈进。因此,纺织业在中国的发展已经被时代赋予了更深层次的意义,也给TF纺织贸易公司等一系列纺织企业带来了新的机遇和挑战。 TF纺织贸易公司成立发展26年来,作为国有纺织贸易型企业经历了纺织贸易行业的种种变革,也经历了企业自身发展的不同阶段,传统的管理思维模式再也无法帮助企业获得竞争优势,面对未来激烈的市场竞争,本文基于资源理论视角,探寻决定企业生存和发展的真正力量,通过对TF纺织贸易公司内外部环境的综合分析,发现其经营中的优势和劣势。根据资源基础理论观点,企业是资源的集合,企业的发展要投入很多种资源,基于战略资源可能存在于各大类资源中的观点,本文对TF纺织贸易公司所拥有的资源做了较为全面深入的分析,然而并非企业拥有的所有资源都是战略资源,这充分说明了企业战略资源的价值性,稀缺性,难以模仿性和不可替代性的特征,本文对其中可能形成企业竞争优势的关键资源进行了识别和研究,将目光聚焦到企业可持续发展的真正原因上来,通过对TF纺织贸易公司战略资源管理的研究,挖掘TF纺织贸易公司战略资源的开发和使用方式,并对其保护和如何形成未来竞争优势进行了梳理和展望。 基于资源理论,战略资源可能存在于各大类资源中,而这些资源的异质性决定了企业的竞争地位和绩效。本文以TF纺织贸易公司战略资源的识别、开发、使用和保护为主线,对TF纺织贸易公司未来战略资源管理进行研究,更加清晰阐述了企业如何通过异质性的资源来维持自身的持久竞争优势,这也是一些企业真正成功的原因。相信本文的观点和建议,能够为TF纺织贸易公司的战略资源管理和战略的实施提供一些借鉴和参考价值。  
英文摘要: As the largest textile and apparel producer in the world, with the deepening development of economic globalization, based on the global textile market low cost is no longer the competitive advantage of China's textile industry. China's textile industry has been relying on the solid foundation of its complete industrial chain, which is changing from labor-intensive to technological resource-based, China is moving towards a world textile power. Therefore, the development of textile industry has been endowed with deeper significance by the times, and has brought new opportunities and challenges to a series of textile enterprises such as TF Textile Trading Company. TF Textile Trading Company has been established and developed for 26 years. As a state-owned textile trading enterprise, it has experienced various changes in the textile trade industry and different stages of its own development. Traditional management thinking mode can no longer help the company gain competitive advantage. Facing the fierce market competition in the future, this research stands on the resource base. From the perspective of basic theory, this research explores the real power that determines the survival and development of enterprises. Through the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of TF Textile Trading Company, taking the identification, development, use and protection of TF Textile Trading Company's strategic resources as the main line, it finds out the advantages and disadvantages in its operation. According to the viewpoint of resource-based theory, Enterprises Industry is a collection of resources,there are many kinds of resources to be invested in the development of enterprises. Based on the fact that strategic resources may exist in all kinds of resources, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the resources owned by TF textile trading company. However, not all the resources owned by enterprises are strategic resources, which fully shows the value, scarcity, difficult to imitate and irreplaceable of strategic resources Characteristics, this paper identifies and studies the key resources that may form the competitive advantage of the enterprise, and focuses on the real reasons for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Through the research on the strategic resource management of TF textile trading company, it explores the development and use of strategic resources of TF textile trading company, and how to protect and form the future competitive advantage Comb and prospect. Based on resource-based theory, strategic resources may exist in all kinds of resources, and the heterogeneity of these resources determines the competitive position and performance of enterprises. This paper takes the identification, development, use and protection of strategic resources of TF textile trading company as the main line, studies the future strategic resource management of TF textile trading company, and more clearly expounds how enterprises can maintain their own sustainable competitive advantage through heterogeneous resources, which is also the reason for the real success of some enterprises.
