| 中文摘要: | 在铁塔行业处于成熟期,市场需求逐渐萎缩,企业成本不断高企,竞争越来 越激烈的环境之下,民营铁塔制造企业如何持续存活下来,成了企业必须思考的 重要命题。首当其冲的就是战略选择问题。本文正是基于这种需求做出了民营企 业战略转型的探索式研究。 在目前的经济形势下,民营制造型企业需要主动投身到供给侧结构性改革的 浪潮中去,结合自身行业特点,未来需求,竞争对手等制定适合自己企业发展的 战略思路。本文从当前所处的政商和经济环境分析入手,首先从理论上回顾了波 特五力模型,波特价值链理论以及 SWOT 分析法等战略管理的思想精华,其次重 温了企业生命周期理论和企业战略转型方面的相关理论。国内外关于战略集中的 文献较少,本文尝试性提出战略集中是延长企业生命周期的战略选择之一的理论。 给研究奠定了理论基础,同时也为铁塔行业提供可以参考借鉴的依据。 继而从铁塔制造行业的研究案例 TJJT 公司入手,分析了该公司进行战略转 型的必要性,抛出研究的重点方向。接着通过五力模型和 SWOT 等方法对 TJJT 公 司进行详细分析,得出战略方向:采取战略集中,突出竞争策略优势,缩减规模, 选择优势市场,减少资金投入,保证现金流,降低采购成本,智能智造。走专业 化和精细化的强体之路,聚焦差异化,重塑价值观,转向做精做强,强化企业持 续性的盈利能力。最后重点提出了实施战略转型的详细方案,优化各个运营流程, 形成了对 TJJT 公司具有指导性意见的详细发展纲要,同时为保证战略集中能够 顺利进行,在完善组织架构,聚焦差异化能力,强化优势技术能力,加强财务管 理等方面布局了保障措施,期待该公司在战略集中的导向之下,重塑成功,延长 企业生命周期,能够顺利的应对当前复杂的经济环境,实现持续性的盈利发展。 图 5 幅,表 4 个,参考文献 40 篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The iron tower industry is in the mature period, the market is shrinking gradually, the cost of enterprises is constantly high, and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. The thing of the private iron tower manufacturing enterprises how to survive has become an important proposition for enterprises to think about. First and foremost is the issue of strategic choice. Based on this demand, this paper makes an exploratory study on the strategic transformation of private enterprises. In the current economic situation, private manufacturing enterprises need to actively participate in the wave of structural reform on the supply side, and formulate strategic ideas suitable for their own enterprise development in light of their own industry characteristics, future needs, competitors, etc. This paper reviews the theoretical essence of Potter's five-forces model, Potter's value chain theory and SWOT analysis first, and then reviews the theory of enterprise life cycle, and studies the related theories of strategic transformation of enterprises last. There are few literatures about strategic centralization at home and abroad. This paper tentatively puts forward the theory that strategic centralization is one of the strategic choices to prolong the life cycle of enterprises. Then, Choose the case of TJJT Company to study, the paper expounds the necessity of strategic transformation of the company, and puts forward the key direction of research. and got the strategic direction: Adopt strategic centralization to transform, strengthen competitive advantage, reduce the scale, select the advantage market, reduce capital investment, ensure cash flow, reduce procurement costs, intelligent manufacturing. Take the road of specialization and refinement, focusing on differentiation, reshaping values, turning to be strong, and strengthening the sustainability of profitability of enterprises. It is expected that under the guidance of the strategic centralization, the company will succeed in losing burden. Combining Porter's three strategic directions, it will focus on differentiation, take the road of TJJT's unique specialization and refined centralization strength, and low debt. Low leverage, low cost, high turnover, from bigger and stronger, to better and stronger. Extending the life cycle of enterprises can smoothly cope with the current complex economic environment and achieve sustainable profitable development. | |
