中文摘要:自我国实行改革开放的政策以来,教育产业发生了很大变化。国际化的课程和教育理念不断进入我国的教育教学体系,使人们对优质教育资源的需求不断增高。在这种市场需求下,诞生了许多教育机构,这些机构在政府的支持下创立,而在随后的发展过程中,逐渐走出了自己的特色发展道路,尤其在经过我国的股份制改革之后,更是依靠其自身的竞争优势在市场上存活下来。JW教育机构就是其中之一。本文以JW教育机构的竞争战略为研究方向,采用案例分析的方法,对企业的发展历程进行必要的回顾,总结并寻找其发展的优势与未来可能存在的潜在发展机遇,对该机构在发展过程中呈现的不足之处,进行分析并提出可能的建议,以求对类似的教育机构的发展提供一点可能的发展经验。本文首先介绍研究的背景,其次介绍研究的内容、研究所使用的理论和工具。随后,在论文的第三章,展开对JW教育机构的分析,运用五力分析模型展开对企业的外部环境分析、用价值链理论对企业内部环境进行分析,用SWOT分析法纵观企业的内、外环境看其优势与机遇,提供可能的竞争战略目标及选择建议。论文的第四部分,对JW教育机构的战略目标进行确定、阐述JW教育机构的差异化战略选择的依据和JW教育机构的差异化战略内容。第五部分是支撑和实现JW教育机构差异化竞争战略优势的实施措施,即战略系统措施保障。这一部分立足于价值链差异化驱动因素对价值链上的支持活动和基本活动进行具体差异化竞争战略优势具体措施的阐述,对价值链上可能带来差异化竞争优势的活动进行分析,试图重塑价值链。本文认为,对JW教育机构的发展来说,战略目标和战略管理是十分必要的,技术的更新与迭代是企业发展过程中无法回避的客观规律,数字化信息系统的建立对JW教育机构实现其战略目标是一种相对有效的工具,在这一工具的辅助下,妥善安排与配置战略人才资源,当人、技术以及战略目标三种因素形成良性循环时企业才会稳步健康发展。 
英文摘要:Since the Policy of Reform and Opening implemented in China, great changes have been in China's education industry. International courses have continuously seeped into the educational and teaching institutions in China, which has made people's demands for the quality of further studies higher and higher. Under this circumstance, many educational enterprises have emerged. When starting, they were government-backed institutions, but with the process of development, they have their own development path. Especially after the reform of China's shareholding system, they rely largely on independent development. JW is one of them. This thesis takes competitive strategy research as the main direction. It adopts the method of case analysis. Based on the development of JW, the advantages and disadvantages have been discovered. The recommendations have been tried to supply to other similar institutions. First it introduces the background of the topic selection, and then introduces the theory tools used in the analysis of JW, then analyzes the enterprise's external and the internal environment of JW. Finally, it draws advantages and deficiencies from the perspective of strategic management. The fourth part of the thesis, the strategic goals and strategic choice of JW is supplied. It also presents the content of competitive strategy of JW. The fifth part analyzes the drivers that may bring differentiation in the value chain and tries to reshape the value chain. This part supports and realizes the competitive advantages of JW. It supplies the strategic guarantee measure based on the theory of value chain. Finally, it draws the conclusion of the study. It believes that strategic management is critical to the development of the enterprise. Technology updates and iterations are unavoidable. The establishment of a digital information system is effective for JW to achieve its strategic goals. Only when people, technology and strategic goals form a virtuous circle will the company develop healthily.
