中文摘要: 质量素养就是指与从事与质量相关工作的人员自身质量意识水平,以及体现在实际的质量管理工作中的态度及行为等。在日常的质量管理的不同阶段,往往会出现不同的质量缺陷或问题。针对这些缺陷或问题,虽然管理人员会通过提前考虑措施预防,事后采取对策解决等方式来提升产品质量,避免问题流出,也会对相关人员的行为进行规范,通过多种方式来提高员工的质量素养,避免因为个人的因素,影响到产品质量。但是从最终的实施效果上来看,通过这样的方式来提升员工质量素养的企业相对较少。在当前的质量管理中,质量管理体系已经成为企业开展质量管理的重要工具和手段,尤其是运用比较广泛的六西格玛质量管理方法,对于企业的质量提升有很大的帮助。在具体的管理过程中,企业督促员工积极参与其中,通过长期的执行和规范来让员工养成良好的质量素养,但是通过长期的约束后,企业的质量管理模式出现了固化现象,如果没有灵活的管理机制,长期采取这样的方式进行管理,质量素养管理就难以再提升。 本文主要从如何提高员工质量素养来阐述改进质量素养培育的方法,试图为企业提供提高质量素养培育的基本思路和方法。首先论述质量与质量管理、人力资源开发的相关理论,以R公司为案例,分析R公司当前情况,质量管理运行体系现状及问题,并重点从“人”的角度分析论述出现质量管理问题的根源,然后落实到员工质量素养的培养,提出相应的培育方案。 本文认为,员工质量素养可以分为三个内容,第一是质量意识的培养,第二是专业知识与技能的培养,第三是行为习惯与规范性的培养。因此从这三个方面考虑设计培育体系,最后从机构设置、制度建设、文化建设等方面,详细论述R公司员工质量素养培育的保障措施。  
英文摘要: Quality literacy refers to the quality awareness level of the staff engaged in quality-related work, as well as the attitude and behavior reflected in the actual quality management work. In the daily quality management of different stages, often appear different quality defects or problems. Aiming at these defects or problems, although managers through considering measures to prevent in advance, later take countermeasures to solve such as ways to improve the quality of our products and avoid problems out of the country, for the conduct of the relevant personnel specification, through a variety of ways to improve the quality of the staff quality, avoid because of the personal factors, affect the quality of the product. However, from the perspective of the final implementation effect, there are relatively few enterprises that improve employees' quality literacy in this way. In the current quality management, quality management system has become an important tool and means for enterprises to carry out quality management, especially the use of a wide range of six sigma quality management methods, for the enterprise's quality improvement has a great help. In the management process, the enterprise supervise staff actively involved, through the implementation of long-term and specification to let employees develop good quality accomplishment, but through the long constraint, the quality of the enterprise management mode appear the phenomenon of solidification and without flexible management mechanism, manage to take this way for a long time, the quality of quality management is difficult to improve again. This paper mainly expounds the methods of improving the cultivation of quality literacy from how to improve the quality literacy of employees, trying to provide the basic ideas and methods of improving the cultivation of quality literacy for enterprises. First discusses the quality and quality management, human resources development of related theory, with R company as a case, the current situation analysis of R company, current situation and problems of quality management system, and mainly from the perspective of "man" and discusses the root of the problems of quality management, and then the implementation of the cultivation of staff quality accomplishment, put forward the corresponding cultivation scheme. According to this paper, employees' quality literacy can be divided into three aspects: the first is the cultivation of quality awareness, the second is the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills, and the third is the cultivation of behavioral habits and norms. Therefore, the cultivation system is designed from these three aspects. Finally, the guarantee measures for the cultivation of quality literacy of employees in R company are discussed in detail from the aspects of institutional setup, system construction and cultural construction.
