中文摘要: 近些年,我国在供应链金融业务上发展十分快速,我国供应链金融市场规模持续在增长,后续存量市场具有很大的上涨空间。但商业银行在推行供应链金融的过程中遇了不少的问题。这时候金融科技慢慢出现在人们的视野,并开展了深入应用,供应链上企业的内在关系得以重构。随着大数据、云计算、区块链以及物联网等技术的发展和广泛应用都将使得供应链金融得到进一步发展。 WL公司作为行业中领先的供应链金融科技企业,为供应链上的核心企业与上下游企业、中小企业与商业银行/金融机构搭建了互联互通的资金桥梁。WL公司将价值链管理经验与数据采集、数据交换、数据处理、数据分析技术相结合,使企业在营运资金优化方面有一个崭新的体验,为商业银行等金融机构提供交易融合的服务。但目前金融科技与供应链金融的融合暂时处于起步阶段,WL公司的商业模式还处于市场及行业的论证过程中,面对整个市场需求,以及当前多变复杂的外部环境,都会出现很多未知的问题等待解决。所以为了实现企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中的生存和发展,最关键的因素还是要从公司的业务层面出发进行与自身每个发展阶段相适应的商业模式的制定和实施。 本文以WL公司为案例,以商业模式这一企业经营过程中的共同话题作为选题背景,回顾了商业模式的相关理论、商业模式的分析工具,介绍了WL公司目前公司现状及公司正面临的挑战。然后再运用分析工具对WL公司整体情况进行分析。得出WL公司商业模式需要优化的几个方面。针对WL公司商业模式优化的方面,分析出问题的根源在于企业基础管理与商业模式中的不足和缺陷。为了增强企业竞争优势和企业市场占有率,提升企业品牌知名度,对WL公司进行了商业模式优化。文章最后提出了商业模式优化实施目标和指导原则,实施的保障及实施步骤,以确保优化方案得以有序推进和有效落地。 
英文摘要: In recent years, supply chain financial business is developing very fast in China. The scale of China's supply chain financial market continues to grow, and the subsequent market has much space for growth. However, commercial banks encountered many problems in the process of implementing supply chain financial business. At that time, financial science and technology gradually appeared in people's vision, and carried out in-depth application, the internal relationship of enterprises in supply chain can be reconstructed. Following the development and wide application of big data, cloud computing, blockchain , internet of things and other technologies, supply chain finance will be further developed. As a leading supply chain financial technology enterprise in the industry, WL company has built an interconnected capital bridge between the core enterprises in the supply chain and the upstream and downstream enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and commercial banks / financial institutions. WL company combines value chain management experience with data collection, data exchange, data processing and data analysis technology, make the enterprise has a brand-new experience in working capital optimization, and provides transaction integration services for commercial banks and other financial institutions. However, so far the integration of financial technology and supply chain finance is in the initial stage. The business model of WL company is still in the process of market and industry demonstration, in the face of the whole market demand and the current changeable and complex external environment, there will be many unknown problems which iare waiting to be solved. So in order to realize the survival and development of enterprises in this competitive market environment, the most critical factor is to create and implement the suitable business model for each development stage base on the company level and business level. This thesis takes WL company as a case, taking business model as the common topic in the business process as the background of the subject, reviews the relevant theories of business model, the analysis tools of business model, and introduces the current situation of WL company and the challenges it is facing. Then use the analysis tools to analyze the overall situation of WL company. Firstly, PEST analysis is used to analyze the macro environment of WL company, and then five force model is used to analyze the industry environment of WL company. Secondly, business model canvas analysis tool is used to analyze the relationship among 9 key elements of business model of WL company, such as customer segmentation, value proposition, channel channel, customer relationship, revenue source, key resources, key business, important partners and cost composition etc. Finally, the optimization aspects of WL company are put forward. In view of the above problems of WL company, it is concluded that the root of the problems lies in the deficiencies and defects in the enterprise basic management and business model. In order to enhance the competitive advantage, market share and brand awareness of WL company, the business model of WL company was optimized. At the end of the thesis, it puts forward the implementation goal, guiding principle, implementation guarantee and implementation steps of the optimization of business model, to ensure the orderly promotion and effective implementation of the optimization scheme.
