| 中文摘要: | 随着中国银行理财市场的快速发展,银行理财产品被视为越来越重要的投资产品,一方面它拓宽了投资者的投资渠道;另一方面,它丰富了银行的业务模式,为银行开辟了新的利润渠道。资产管理业务也以前所未有的速度发展,但与此同时,由于前期资产管理业务的监管规则和标准不一致,产品多层次、风险基础不明确以及基金池模型包含流动性风险等问题在一定程度上干扰了宏观调控,提高了社会融资成本,影响了金融服务实体经济的质量和效率,加剧了跨行业和跨市场的风险传导。目前在《资管新规》的政策改革背景下,银行理财作为大资本管理中的主力军,其在市场中发挥着重要作用,研究它具有重要意义。本文从《资管新规》改革背景出发引出银行理财业务差异化策略研究的主旨,通过银行理财的定义、理财产品的分类以及理论回顾和文献综述,加强了银行理财业务差异化策略研究的理论基础。本文主要从产品和盈利两个角度介绍了MS银行理财业务的现状,并引出MS银行理财业务存在的问题,如产品方面理财信息信批尚不完善,盈利方面受利率影响较大以及理财投顾专业不佳等。分析问题后,本文分别就产品及盈利问题进行差异化策略的构建同时设计实施措施,即在解决MS银行端产品及盈利问题的同时,通过“资产配置”的投资方式为市场呈现定制化投资组合,这将对国内居民投资市场提出新的投资解决方案。 MS银行理财业务的具体问题和情况虽属个例,但相信同业银行也存在共性问题,本文提出的对MS银行自身问题的策略及措施的同时,也希望能够为同业提供参考。在目前激烈的市场竞争中,需要在产品及盈利两方面运用差异化策略提升竞争优势,除了在银行端保证产品及盈利的差异化实施外,还要在市场端以“资产配置”的投资理念呈现,从而形成理财业务的闭环设计,最终实现MS银行理财业务的差异化竞争优势。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of bank financing market in China, bank financing products are regarded as more and more important investment products. On one hand, it broadens the investment channels of investors; on the other hand, it enriches the business model of banks and opens up new profit channels for banks. Asset management business also develops at an unprecedented speed, but at the same time, due to the inconsistent regulatory rules and standards of asset management business in the early stage, multi-level products, unclear risk basis and liquidity risk included in the fund pool model, etc., to a certain extent, interfere with macro-control, improve the cost of social financing, and affect the quality and efficiency of financial services in the real economy Rate, intensified cross industry and cross market risk transmission. At present, under the background of the policy reform of the new regulations on capital management, bank financing, as the main force in large capital management, plays an important role in the market, so it is of great significance to study it. Based on the background of the reform of the new regulations on asset management, this paper leads to the main purpose of the research on the differentiation strategy of bank financial services. Through the definition of bank financial services, the classification of financial products, the theoretical review and literature review, it strengthens the theoretical basis of the research on the differentiation strategy of bank financial services. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of MS bank's financial management business from the perspective of product and profit, and leads to the problems existing in MS bank's financial management business, such as incomplete financial information approval in product aspect, great influence of interest rate in profit aspect and poor financial investment and consulting specialty. After analyzing the problems, this paper designs and implements the differentiation strategies for the products and profits respectively, that is, while solving the problems of MS bank products and profits, it presents a customized portfolio for the market through the investment mode of "asset allocation", which will put forward a new investment solution for the domestic residential investment market. Although the specific problems and situations of MS bank's financial management business are individual cases, we believe that there are common problems in inter-bank banks. The strategies and measures proposed in this paper for MS bank's own problems also hope to provide reference for the inter-bank. In the current fierce market competition, we need to use the differentiation strategy to enhance the competitive advantage in both product and profit. In addition to ensuring the implementation of product and profit differentiation at the bank end, we also need to present the investment concept of "asset allocation" at the market end, so as to form the closed-loop design of financial management business, and finally realize the differentiation competitive advantage of MS bank financial management business. | |
