中文摘要:随着中国的经济快速发展,全球经济一体化的进程快速推进,尽管近期中 美贸易战爆发,但是全球经济一体化的趋势不可阻挡。新中国已经迎来 70 周年 的华诞,中国改革开放已经 40 年,随着改革开放的步伐稳步前进,中国把经济 建设放到了第一位,越来越关注提高人民的生活水平。中国把一个贫穷落后的 国家发展到世界最大的经济体。中国在改革开放后,引进了大量的外商在中国 投资,我国的企业管理知识和经验从外国企业中不断的借鉴和学习,结合中国 的文化和中国的社会实践情况摸索出了具有中国特色的企业管理方法和文化风 格。中国的成功模式开始走向全世界,特别是走向了印尼等新兴国家。中国文 化与当地国家的文化因民族、语言、文化背景等产生文化的差异,中国的文化 与当地文化碰撞,不同的文化差异产生冲突,导致企业文化受到影响。跨文化 管理成为当前中国在印尼跨国企业需要重视及解决的问题。 本文以 VEGA 公司为研究对象,通过跨文化管理的理论研究,基于 VEGA 公司的实际情况及跨文化管理存在的难点深入探讨,经过研究提出了 REC 管理 模型。论文首先提出了对 VEGA 公司研究的背景,阐述了研究的意义和目的, 提出了研究的思路、方法及框架。通过对文化及跨文化管理的理论学习及分析, 结合 VEGA 公司的跨文化管理问题,分析跨文化冲突的影响及原因,提出了跨 文化管理的对策,提出了跨文化冲突 REC 管理模型,基于该模型提出 VEGA 公司跨文化管理实施方案。 本文通过跨文化管理的研究,尝试为中国在印尼的企业提供跨文化管理冲 突解决思路,通过尊重文化差异,强化有助于企业战略发展的企业文化,融合 文化的差异,让中国企业在印尼克服跨文化冲突的影响,得到更好的发展。  
英文摘要:Accompany With the rapid development of China's economy, the process of global economic integration has also advanced rapidly. Despite the recent Sino-US trade war, the trend of global economic integration is unstoppable. New China has ushered in the 70th anniversary of its birth and 40 years of reform and opening up. With the steady progress of reform and opening up, China has put economic construction in the first place and paid more and more attention to improving people's living standards. China has developed a poor and backward country into the world's largest economy. After the reform and opening up, China has introduced a large number of foreign investors to invest in China. China's enterprise management knowledge and experience are constantly used for reference and learning from foreign enterprises. Combined with China's culture and social practice, China has explored the enterprise management methods and cultural styles with Chinese characteristics. China’s successful model has begun to move toward the world, especially to emerging countries,E.g. Indonesia. There are some cultural differences from Chinese culture and the culture of local countries , it is due to national, language, cultural background, etc. Chinese culture and local culture collide, and different cultural have differences conflict, there are some impact of corporate culture. Cross cultural management has become a problem that Chinese multinational enterprises in Indonesia need to pay attention to and need to be solved. This paper takes VEGA as the research object, and the theoretical research of cross-cultural management are based on the actual situation of VEGA company, The REC management model is proposed by cross-cultural management theory. The paper base on background of VEGA research, expounds the significance and purpose of the research, and puts forward the ideas, methods and framework of the research. Through the theory and model study and analysis of culture and cross-cultural management, combined with the status quo of VEGA, facing the company's cross-cultural management issues, analyzing the causes and impacts of the problems, the countermeasures of cross-cultural management are proposed. Based on the theoretical knowledge of cross-cultural management and the actual situation of the enterprise, the REC management model is proposed. According to the model, VEGA's cross-cultural management implementation plan is proposed. Through cross-cultural management research, this paper attempts to provide solutions to cross-cultural management conflicts in Chinese companies in Indonesia. By respecting cultural differences, we will strengthen corporate culture that contributes to the strategic development of enterprises, and integrate cultural differences to make Chinese enterprises Overcoming the impact of cross-cultural conflicts in Indonesia has been better developed.
