| 中文摘要: | 当前经济飞速发展,仅仅专注于业务规模并不断追求市场份额的企业已无法再确保它的竞争地位。而培育一些高水平的管理人员则是企业成功的关键。在现在的商业环境中,企业需要不断改革和创新,除了针对企业运营管理方式的改革之外,还要重点改革领导力培训体系,以培育出一批有着高领导力水平的领导人才。但是,由于很多企业对于领导力关注不足、缺少认识,领导力培训体系方法墨守成规,导致企业开设的领导力培训项目和企业文化、战略以及价值观不能很好的匹配,无法起到帮助企业提升业绩的目的。 银行业是我国国民经济的命脉,其生存和发展对我国经济的平稳健康运行起着至关重要的作用。但当今银行同业之间差异化越来越小、同质化越来越严,银行业间的竞争也越来越激烈。在服务趋同、经营趋同、模式趋同的今天,银行业竞争的核心一定程度上也是管理人才素质的比拼,银行管理人员的素质和水平越高,银行就越能取得核心竞争力,否则就会在竞争中淘汰。在这种环境下,充分开发我国银行业领导人员的领导力水平,也成为了一项亟不可待的任务。在提高银行管理人员领导力素质的手段里,银行内部培训是其关键一环。虽然大部分银行有着自己的一套培训体系,但是目前这套培训体系已经不能满足新时代新时期的领导力培训需求。 为此,本文综合运用了理论分析法、案例研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析法等研究方法,在系统梳理各类领导力发展相关理论与培训学习相关理论的基础上,以目前领导力培训行业业内相关案例为主发点,总结了目前既有的领导力培训模式,并在相关理论及行业内部现有模式的指导下,深入分析了NS银行管理者的领导力培训现状、存在的问题以及成因等,结合现有管理人员对于领导力培训的需求,构建了NS银行领导力培训体系,以期为该银行领导力培训体系的建设提供思路借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the economy, an enterprise that only focuses on business scale and continuously pursues market share can no longer ensure its competitive position. Cultivating some high-level managers is the key to the success of the enterprise. In the current business environment, enterprises need to constantly reform and innovate. In addition to the reform of enterprise operation and management mode, they should also focus on the reform of leadership training system to cultivate a group of leaders with high leadership level. However, due to the insufficient attention and lack of understanding of leadership in many enterprises, the leadership training system and methods are stuck in a rut, which leads to the fact that the leadership training programs offered by enterprises cannot well match the corporate culture, strategy and values, and fail to help enterprises improve their performance. Banking industry is the lifeblood of Chinese national economy. Its survival and development play a vital role in the smooth and healthy operation of China's economy. However, the differentiation between Banks is becoming smaller and smaller, the homogeneity is becoming more and more strict, and the competition among Banks is becoming more and more fierce. Nowadays, with the convergence of services, operations and modes, the core of competition in the banking industry is to some extent the competition of the quality of management talents. The higher the quality and level of bank managers are, the more core competitiveness Banks can achieve, otherwise they will be eliminated in the competition. In this environment, it has become an urgent task to fully develop the leadership level of China's banking leaders. Among the means to improve the leadership quality of bank managers, bank internal training is a key link. Although most Banks have their own training system, it can no longer meet the needs of leadership training in the new era. Therefore, in this paper, the integrated use of theoretical analysis, case study method, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis and other research methods, combing the theories and training of all kinds of leadership development in the system study, on the basis of relevant theories, give priority to with the current leadership training industry industry related case points, summarizes the existing leadership training mode at present, and in the related theory and industry under the guidance of internal existing models, in-depth analysis of the current situation of NS bank managers' leadership training, existing problems and causes, etc., combining with the existing management demand for leadership training, build the NS bank leadership training system, In order to provide ideas for the bank's leadership training system. | |
