| 中文摘要： | 矿石、煤、废钢等物质是钢铁企业生产所需的主要原料燃料，其成本占整个生产成本的绝大部分，原料燃料消耗对钢铁企业的技术经济指标有着直接的影响。因此，原料燃料库存盘点成为钢铁企业原料管理中的重要环节。为了做好钢铁企业成本管理、技术管理、采购管理，科学高效、及时准确的原料燃料库存盘点，能够为确立合理库存、减少耗损、降低生产成本、指导采购提供重要依据。 本文结合莱钢实际，围绕准确获得库存信息这一难点，具体研究现代项目管理理论在莱钢原料燃料库存盘点之中的应用，从组建项目团队、项目的范围管理、项目的时间管理、项目的质量管理、成本管理等方面去深入分析和论证库存盘点项目化运作的可行性并建立了项目导向型管理模式。对提高盘点工作的效率和精度具有一定的参考价值，同时对创新和改进钢铁企业原料管理模式提供一种新的方法。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Iron ore, coal and scrap steel are main necessary required raw material for steel sectors, its cost accounts for a big majority of total production cost, and its consumption in production will play a direct impact on steel enterprise’s economic and technical index. In such case, making an inventory is an important work in raw material management. The scientific, high effective, timely, and accurate work of making inventory can provide important support for making reasonable stock level, avoiding loss, reducing production cost and purchasing work, so it is very beneficial to cost management, technology management, purchasing management of enterprise. From the fact of Laiwu Steel and focusing on the point of accurately obtaining stock information, this article detailed studies the application of modern project management theory in raw material stock management. From the aspect of establishing project team, project scope management, project time management and project quality control, it deeply analyses and proves the feasibility of making inventory project operation and a project guiding management model is established. Also it will be valuable for improving working efficiency and accuracy, and can create a new method for steel enterprise raw material management mode. | |
