| 中文摘要: | 随着生产力水平的提高,科学技术的突飞猛进,经济全球化的快速扩张,全球企业都面临着产品和服务同质化带来的威胁。面临日趋激烈的行业竞争,企业需要寻求突破点来维持自身的竞争力。当前时代,企业文化是企业核心竞争力已经得到了学术界和企业界的普遍认同。另一方面,创新是企业生存的根本。随着生产力水平的不断发展,只有不断的创新才能更高效地利用资源。面对激烈的市场竞争,企业需要将企业文化与创新理念科学地结合在一起,贯彻落实创新文化建设。打造以创新文化为主的核心竞争力是企业保持市场占有率、获得市场地位、实现可持续高效发展的必然选择。 本研究以土地房地产评估公司A为研究对象,分析了该公司面临的政策上的变化和技术方面的更新,以及其他行业内部整合和合作的情况,阐述了A公司内部中出现的问题和行业内竞争加剧的现状。结合企业文化的相关理论,提出了通过进行创新文化建设构筑A公司核心竞争力的对策。针对A公司现状,进行创新文化建设的整体设计,要积极发挥领导层在文化建设中的作用,通过各组织结构的调整实现管理创新、市场创新和服务创新,并从日常运营的各个方面为企业创新文化建设提供保障。通过创新文化建设,可以帮助A公司形成以创新为核心思想的企业文化,从而提高内部管理效率,应对外部环境变化,把握市场机遇,保持可持续发展动力。此外,由于土地房地产评估企业对于企业文化方面缺乏重视,且通过建设企业文化保持竞争优势的案例较少,希望本研究为其他评估公司通过建设企业文化保持活力和竞争力提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the improvement of productivity, the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid expansion of economic globalization, global enterprises are facing the threat of homogenization of products and services. Faced with increasingly fierce industry competition, enterprises need to seek breakthroughs to maintain their competitiveness. In the current era, corporate culture has been widely accepted as the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the other hand, innovation is the foundation of enterprise survival. With the continuous development of productivity level, only continuous innovation can make more efficient use of resources. Faced with the fierce market competition, enterprises need to integrate enterprise culture and innovation scientifically and implement the construction of innovation culture. Creating core competitiveness based on innovative culture is an inevitable choice for enterprises to maintain market share, gain market position and achieve sustainable and efficient development. This research takes real estate appraisal A Company as the research object, analyses the policy changes and technical updates faced by the company, as well as the internal integration and cooperation in the appraisal industries, and expounds the bottleneck of development and the current situation of intensified competition of A Company. Through the relevant theories of corporate culture, this research puts forward the countermeasures to build the core competitiveness of A Company through the construction of innovative culture. In view of the current situation of A Company, the overall design of innovative culture construction is carried out, and various measures of implementing innovative culture construction in different departments are put forward. The role of leaders and employees of innovative culture the construction is also put forward, and all aspects of daily operation are guaranteed for the construction of innovative culture in enterprises. Through the construction of innovation culture, it can help A Company form the corporate culture with innovation as its core idea, thus maintaining the driving force of sustainable development and helping A Company maintain its leading position in the industry. In addition, due to the lack of attention paid to corporate culture by real estate appraisal company, and the few cases of maintaining competitive advantage through building corporate culture, I hope this research could provide reference for other real estate appraisal companies to maintain vitality and competitiveness through building corporate culture. | |
