| 中文摘要: | 经济全球化趋势愈演愈烈,跨国经营已经成为势不可挡的经营趋势,得益于通讯科技的迅猛发展,远程互动、移动办公等工作形式不再是难题,身处不同洲际的人们组成跨国虚拟团队成为潮流。虚拟团队特点是异地分布,成员间不能面对面交流,沟通方式只能采用网络工具。成员的跨国分布无疑带来了文化冲突,不同语言、价值观、社会规范的成员如何在沟通时互相理解,互相信任。异地分布加之文化冲突双重问题的叠加势必造成了沟通上的挑战。 作为世界500强企业的U公司体量庞大,业务范围广泛,员工遍布全球。 本文研究的虚拟团队复杂的跨国分布(7个国家、9个城市)造成了团队内部在语言环境、文化类型、个体特征、专业背景等方面存在着差异,也导致了其团队高度复杂性的出现。本文对U公司跨文化虚拟团队的沟通管理现状进行了深度剖析,依次按照组织层面,制度层面,个体层面及环境层面等角度进行展开。并结合虚拟团队、沟通管理、跨文化管理等理论对识别出的问题进行了深度挖掘。 本文采用的是层级式的研究思路对U公司虚拟团队进行了调研。从组织、制度、个体、环境等层级进行深度解析。分析造成U公司虚拟团队跨文化沟通管理问题的原因,提出通过改变组织结构、规范沟通管理、提高个体能力、指导媒介选择等方面来解决U公司虚拟团队的问题,最后也对策略的实施保障提出了建议。作者希望通过本文的撰写能够为U公司跨文化虚拟团队的沟通管理提供切实可行的方案,也希望本文能够为具有类似跨文化沟通管理问题的其他组织提供参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more intense, and international operation has become an irresistible trend of enterprises. Thanks to the rapid development of communication technology, the rise of work forms such as remote communication, mobile office, etc. Multinational virtual teams of people on different continents have become a trend. Virtual teams are geographically distributed; the communication has to be achieved through network tools with less face-to-face communication between members. Virtual team definitely brings cultural differences, languages differences, values and social norms. The combination of the both problems of cultural conflicts in addition to the remote distribution is bound to cause challenges in communication. As one of the world's top 500 enterprises, company U has a large size, a wide range of business and employees distributed all over the world. The complex transnational distribution of its virtual team (7 countries and 9 cities) leads to differences in national languages, cultural types, individual characteristics, professional and other aspects within the team, presenting a high level of complexity. This thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the communication management status quo of the cross-cultural virtual team of company U, which is carried out in accordance with the organizational level, management level, cultural conflicts and media selection. Combined with virtual team, communication management and cross-cultural management theory, the problems identified are deeply explored. This thesis leverages a hierarchical research approach to investigate the virtual team of company U. from the organization, system, individual, environment aspects of in-depth analysis. Analyze the causes of the cross-cultural communication management problems of the virtual team of company U, and propose to solve the problems of the virtual team of company U by changing the organizational structure, standardizing the communication management, improving individual ability, and using media, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to ensure implementation. The author hopes that this thesis can provide practical solutions for the cross-cultural management communication of the virtual team of company U, also as a reference for organizations with similar cross-cultural communication management issues. | |
