| 中文摘要: | 现代企业获得竞争优势的基础,已经超出了单个企业自身的能力和资源范围,企业竞争力越来越取决于企业与供应链上、下游各环节企业的系统整合和协同运作。市场的竞争也已不再仅仅是企业与企业的竞争,而更多的是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。 DF风电公司所在的风电整机制造行业,产品结构较为复杂、涉及零部件较多,因而牵涉众多供应链上下游节点企业。如何更好的提升风电行业各节点企业间的运作效率,实现整个行业供应链成本的下降,是风电整机制造行业面临的共同问题。尤其当前 “平价上网”压力下,提高供应链管理水平,降低成本和提升响应速度等等,这些都是对供应链上各节点企业提出的要求。 DF风电公司实行面向订单的小批量生产模式,其供应链类型属订单拉动为主的推拉结合型供应链。本文以DF风电公司为研究对象,面向供应链上下游,介绍了DF风电公司项目前期阶段、研发设计阶段及采购阶段供应链管理的现状,并对供应商管理和质量管理两个对供应链运行绩效产生重要影响的方面进行了现状介绍和分析。在分析现状基础上指出DF风电公司供应链管理存在的主要问题是供应链响应速度慢、运行成本偏高,表现为项目前期阶段管理粗放、研发设计阶段标准化和通用化程度不足、采购周期偏长、供应商缺乏分类管理和考核、质量检验和控制措施落实不到位等。最后,提出了DF风电公司供应链管理优化的整体思路,即缩短供应链响应时间、提高供应链运行效率,从而降低供应链成本,提高顾客满意度。具体方案包括项目前期接管管理精细化、研发和设计阶段加强通用化和标准化、采购阶段优化采购流程、缩短采购周期、加强供应商分类管理和考核、严格执行全面质量控制措施五个方面。对DF风电公司及同类企业供应链管理优化具有一定参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The basis competitive advantages of modern enterprises have exceeded the capability and resources of each company, and the competitive advantages increasingly depend on the system integration and cooperative operation between enterprises, and the supply chain of enterprises in the upper and lower. Market competition is more base on supply chains and supply chains, and no longer just between enterprises. DF company is located in the wind turbine manufacture industry, and it involves many supply chain upstream and downstream node enterprises, because the product involve more parts and the product tructure is more complex. It becomes a common issue that how to reduce the cost of supply chain though improving each node operational efficiency in wind power manufacture industry. Especially under the required pressure of "fair access to the Internet" , some actual requirements for each node enterprise in the supply chain companies are extremely urgent, such as improving the level of supply chain management, reducing costs and improving response efficiency etc. DF company manufacture product mode is order-based which is determined by the characteristics of the wind turbine manufacture industry, and its supply chain belong the pull-driven and push-pull integrated model. This thesis takes DF wind power company as the research object, facing the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. It introduces the status of supply chain management in the project early stage, R&D design stage and procurement stage of DF Wind Power Company, and vendor management and quality management,which has an important impact on supply chain management. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the main problems in the supply chain management of DF wind power company are the slow response speed of the supply chain and the high operating cost. The performance of the project is extensive in the early stage of the project, the standardization and generalization of the R&D design stage is insufficient, and the procurement cycle is long. Suppliers lack classified management and assessment, quality inspection and control measures are not in place. Finally, the overall idea of supply chain management optimization of DF wind power company is proposed, which is to shorten supply chain response time and improve supply chain operation efficiency, thereby reducing supply chain cost and improving customer satisfaction. The specific plans include the fine-grained management of the project in the early stage, the enhancement of generalization and standardization in the R&D and design phase, the optimization of the procurement process in the procurement phase, the shortening of the procurement cycle, the strengthening of supplier classification management and assessment, and the strict implementation of comprehensive quality control measures. It has certain reference significance for the optimization of supply chain management of DF wind power companies and similar enterprises. | |
