中文摘要:全球物联网市场的规模正在快速扩张,物联网设备数量正在飞速增长,“万物互联”成为未来人类社会网络发展的重要方向。GSMA曾经报道过一项预测:到了2025 年,全世界将有252亿个物联网设备进行联网(包括蜂窝及非蜂窝),从2017至2025年,物联网市场规模增长约四倍。其中,工业物联网占比更大,在2016年至2025年间,工业物联网设备联网数量会有突飞猛进的发展,实现从24亿到138亿的飞跃,五倍左右的增幅。据推测,在2023年,工业物联网将超过消费物联网设备联网数量。整体来看,物联网的市场需求即将爆发式的增长,未来潜力无限。 本论文首先梳理了竞争战略相关的理论和工具,然后分析了YC公司所在的物联网行业状况、YC公司的发展阶段、以及YC公司下一阶段的发展目标,并运用了SWOT模型分析了YC公司优势和劣势,探讨了竞争战略的实施问题。研究分析发现,YC公司无法在现有的规模和水平上覆盖所有客户的需求,YC公司过去产品种类过于繁多,导致成本占用过大,生产线过长。针对YC公司目前存在的这些问题,研究对YC公司的竞争战略进行重新选择,提出公司应该采用聚焦化的竞争战略,将公司的核心力量放在智能运维系统的研发、生产和销售上,并对客户进行整理,保留交通、公安、安防、铁路和高速五大行业客户,设计了新的销售模式、研发模式、财务结构、及人力资源结构等,来支撑和推动新的竞争战略的实施。 本文希望通过探讨YC公司的竞争战略的选择与实施问题,能够从竞争战略的高度下,为YC公司的下一阶段的发展提供战略和策略的指导,同时,希望能够为物联网行业的发展,起到一定的推动作用。  
英文摘要:The scale of the global Internet of Things market is expanding rapidly, and the number of IoT devices is growing rapidly. The “Internet of Everything” has become an important direction for the development of human social networks in the future. The GSMA has reported a prediction that by 2025, there will be 25.2 billion IoT devices in the world (both cellular and non-cellular), and the IoT market will grow about four times from 2017 to 2025. Among them, the industrial Internet of Things accounted for a larger proportion. Between 2016 and 2025, the number of industrial IoT devices connected to the Internet will grow by leaps and bounds, achieving a leap from 2.4 billion to 13.8 billion, an increase of about five times. It is speculated that in 2023, the Industrial Internet of Things will exceed the number of connected IoT devices. On the whole, the market demand for the Internet of Things is about to explode, and the future potential is unlimited. This paper firstly combs the theory and tools related to the competition strategy, then analyzes the status of the IoT industry in which YC is located, the development stage of YC, and the development goals of YC in the next stage, and uses the SWOT model to analyze YC. Advantages and disadvantages, explored the implementation of the competition strategy. Research and analysis found that YC could not cover the needs of all customers at the current scale and level. YC's past product types were too numerous, resulting in excessive cost and long production lines. In response to these problems existing in YC, the research re-selects YC's competitive strategy, suggesting that the company should adopt a focused competitive strategy and focus its core strength on the development, production and sales of intelligent operation and maintenance systems. We will organize customers, retain customers in transportation, public security, security, railway and high-speed industries, and design new sales models, research and development models, financial structures, and human resources structures to support and promote the implementation of new competitive strategies. This paper hopes to explore the choice and implementation of YC's competitive strategy, and to provide strategic and strategic guidance for the next phase of YC's development from the perspective of competitive strategy. At the same time, it hopes to develop the Internet of Things industry. Play a certain role in promoting.
