| 中文摘要: | 自从2003年以来的短短几年时间内,中国信用卡市场从蹒跚学步已经迅速成长为一个拥有超过1.4亿张发卡量的活跃市场,并逐渐呈现出“井喷”式的高速增长。2008年,受金融危机影响,国际信贷市场恶化,出于控制风险需要,各银行下半年才纷纷调低发卡量,致使2008年我国信用卡的发行量增幅比上年下降一半多。 商业银行的战略转型使得信用卡成为各行竞争的热点,但信用卡本身经营风险的特质、发卡量迅猛增长带来的过度营销以及2008年国际金融危机日益向其他领域延伸。如何在已有的存量基础上促进持卡人的良性消费,真正盘活这庞大的1.4亿张,并有效回收透支额成为各发卡行2008年底到2009年底的重点内容,这就使得信用卡业务的风险管理正成为国内业界持续关注的焦点问题,如何应对新形势下的信用卡风险就成为需要研究的课题。 本文共有六章内容 导言部分简要介绍了国内外信用卡业务的发展情况,以及信用卡风险的现状、信用卡风险管理的研究状况、研究目的和研究内容,核心是从理论联系实际的角度,提供信用卡风险管理的方法。 第一章首先给出信用卡风险的定义以及信用卡风险的种类,总结了信用卡风险的特征;并对信用卡风险的相关理论作简单介绍。 第二章信用卡产业的发展与风险状况。本章主要回顾信用卡的发展历史以及信用卡产业在全球和我国的发展概况,并提出我国信用卡产业在发展过程中所出现的一些风险问题。 第三章信用卡风险分析及管理理论。本章提出信用卡风险管理的概念,阐述了信用卡风险管理的作用;对信用卡风险管理的成本进行了经济分析;并对信用卡风险管理的几大手段,例如风险回避、风险预防、风险的分散转移和风险的补偿进行了具体的分析。 第四章通过介绍我国信用卡风险管理现状,剖析了我国信用卡风险管理中存在的问题体现在个人信用制度的缺失、信用卡的安全问题以及风险管理理念的不足。 第五章介绍了次贷危机对美国信用卡产业的影响,并分析了全球金融危机对我国信用卡产业造成的影响,从而得出次贷危机对信用卡风险管理的借鉴意义。 第六章根据本文的分析,分别从外部环境建设和内部环境的建设提出加强我国信用卡风险管理的思路和措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since 2003, the credit card market of China has developed from a stumbler to an active market with a circulation of more than 140 millions, and it shows a fast increase like a blowout. In 2008, influenced by financial crisis, international credit markets was deteriorated . In order to control credit risk, every bank began to turn down the quality of card issued one after another, and leads to growing rate of quality decrease more than a half than first half year in 2008. The transfers of stratagem in the commercial banks make the credit card a hotspot which every bank pursues, but the particularity of the managing risks with the card itself , the excessive marketing with the fast increase of the circulation and the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 extends to other area increasingly. How to accelerate the well-behaved consumption of cardholder, to use this 140 millions cards efficiently and reclaim overdraft become the key components from the end of 2008 to 2009 of every issuing bank. It makes the risk management of Chinese credit card a focal problem which the domestic experts pay attention to continuously. How to deal with the risk of credit card in the new situation becomes a subject which needs studying. There are six chapters in this thesis. The foreword introduces the development of credit card home and abroad, and the status quos of credit card, research methods, and main content of the credit card risk management. Chapter one: correlative theories of credit card risk. This chapter gives the definition of credit card risk and classifies the risks, summarizes the characteristics of credit card risk and introduces the correlative theories of credit card risk. Chapter two: the development of credit card. This chapter retrospects the development of credit card and credit card industry. Studied some problems appeared in the development of the credit card industry. Chapter three: credit card analysis and risk management theories. This chapter puts forward the conception of credit card risk management, introduces the necessary and function of processing credit card risk management, carries through the economic analysis of credit card risk management’s cost. At last, this chapter discuss the measures of credit card risk management such like risk avoidance, risk-aversion, risk split-up and risk compensation. Chapter four: the risk management status of domestic market. Through introducing the risk management status of domestic market, we go deep in to the analysis of domestic situation and point to the questions in the credit card risk management. Chapter five: Global financial crisis influences on the credit card industry. Through introducing the influence on the American credit card industry in this Subprime Crisis, this chapter analyses the influence on our countries credit card industry in this Global financial crisis, and makes conclusion that we can draw lessons from this crisis. Chapter six: Thinking and measures of enhancing domestic credit card risk management. There are two ways to enhance credit card risk management, first from the external environment and another internal environment. | |
