中文摘要: 随着我国消费互联网的增长开始放缓、渐趋饱和,数字经济1.0向2.0时代转变,信息技术行业头部企业纷纷向企业互联网进军,开发企业服务市场。用友网络科技股份有限公司(简称”用友公司”,下同)作为深耕企业服务30年、国内排名前列的高科技企业互联网公司,它的下一步发展、已有的经验总结、未来核心能力的研究对企业服务市场的开拓具有很好的借鉴和启发意义。 本文从用友公司目前的现状入手,介绍了整个研究的目的和研究的意义。研究所采用的研究方法包括:文献研究法、案例研究法、PEST分析法与SWOT分析方法。在文献回顾部分,对战略管理、核心能力、竞争战略、差异化竞争战略研究的国内外研究现状进行了总结,本文选择哈默(Hamel)对核心能力的阐述、分类如接近市场的能力、与诚信相关的能力、与产品功能相关的能力以及对核心能力的识别标准进行研究分析。 对用友公司的一般环境、产业环境和内部环境进行分析,采用PEST分析方法对用友公司面临的政治环境、技术环境、经济环境以及社会环境分别进行细致的研究。同时对用友公司的内部概况包括公司主营业务和经营模式,以及公司内部的资源进行总结。运用SWOT分析方法分析其优势与机会,劣势与威胁。 以上分析为用友公司的核心能力识别及未来发展趋势奠定了基础。通过与行业标杆企业德国SAP公司的核心能力进行对比分析,以及同类企业未来核心能力趋势分析得出用友公司未来核心能力的构建包括品牌运用与开发、客户技术支持能力、质量管理、客户需求识别、产品跨平台集成能力等五项,对核心能力应具有的单项技能构成进行了描述。对基于核心能力的开发、保护、以及对核心能力的使用应对未来的广泛差异化竞争进行探讨。从知识积累、外部资源借鉴、人力资源开发等构建未来用友核心能力,对核心能力的保护从战略防范、制度防范、竞争防范三方面展开,对核心能力的使用从基于核心能力的产品市场范围选择、广泛差异化竞争优势进行论述。 用友核心能力的开发任重道远,在保持现有的优势基础上对未来需要的核心能力应提前准备,长期积累,以便厚积薄发,成长为世界级企业。 
英文摘要: As China's consumer Internet growth began to slow down and become saturated, the digital economy 1.0 changed to the 2.0 era, and the head enterprises in the information technology industry have entered the enterprise Internet to develop the enterprise service market. Youyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as " Youyou ", the same below) as a high-tech enterprise Internet company that has been engaged in enterprise for 30 years and ranks in the forefront of China. Its next development, existing experience and future core competence research It has a good reference and enlightenment for the development of the enterprise service market. Starting from the current situation of Youyou Company, thesis introduces the purpose and significance of the whole research. The research methods used in this study include literature research, case study, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. In the part of literature review, the research status of strategic management, core competence, competitive strategy and differentiated competitive strategy at home and abroad is summarized. Hamel is selected to study the classification of core competence: the ability to acess the market, the ability related to integrity, and the ability related to product function. The general environment, industrial environment and internal environment of Youyou Company are analyzed. The political environment, technical environment, economic environment and social environment of Youyou Company are studied in detail by PEST analysis method. At the same time, the company's internal profile includes the company's main business and business model, as well as the company's internal resources are summarized. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze its advantages, opportunities, disadvantages and threats. The above analysis lays a foundation for the identification of Youyou Company 's core competence and its future development trend. Through comparative analysis with the core competence of German SAP company, a benchmarking enterprise in the industry, and the trend analysis of future core competence of similar enterprises, it is concluded that the construction of future core competence of Youyou Company includes five aspects: brand application and development, customer technical support capability, quality management, customer demand identification, product cross-platform integration capability, etc. Items, the core competence should have a description of the composition of individual skills. The development, protection and use of core competence based on core competence should be explored to cope with the wide differentiation competition in the future. From knowledge accumulation, external resources reference, human resources development and other aspects to build the core competence of future users, the protection of core competence is carried out from three aspects: strategic prevention, institutional prevention and competition prevention, and the use of core competence is discussed from the choice of product market scope based on core competence and wide differentiation of competitive advantages. The development of Youyou Company core competence has a long way to practice. On the basis of maintaining the existing advantages, the core competence needed in the future should be prepared in advance and accumulated over a long period of time, so as to grow into a world-class enterprise.
