| 中文摘要: | 当前的经济社会进入一种全新的形态——数字经济,传统的行业正在互联网技术发展的推动下,迅速的与网络技术、大数据和人工智能相融合,各行各业以跨界的方式被打通,集成优化了各个生产要素,一系列新的商业模式正在形成。在这一过程中,传统金融机构业务增长日渐乏力,而大众市场仍然对金融服务持续饥渴,这一日益明显的矛盾,正是现阶段金融行业面临困局的现实注脚。面对金融代际跃升的大时代,思想的作用大于一切,作为金融行业的从业者,要努力思考,大胆实践,探寻金融转型发展的新途径。然而任何的发展都离不开人,只有充分调动起人的积极性,充分发挥金融从业人员的作用,对未来,我们才能对银行业更充满期待! 本文在商业银行转型发展的巨大挑战下,基于对BH银行战略目标和经营发展目标,对BH银行发展和人员现状进行分析,充分发挥绩效考核对员工的激励刺激和导向作用,指出BH银行总行部门员工绩效考核中存在的主要问题,找出问题原因,提出了提升现有绩效考核方案的观点,以平衡计分卡和KPI为主导的方法确定BH银行总行部门员工绩效考核指标,构建BH银行总行部门员工绩效考核新体系,将其结果应用在员工绩效奖金发放、职位聘任、薪酬调整、岗位轮换与交流、培养开发、职业生涯规划、监督改进、待岗培训、强制退出等方面,采取多种方式为新的绩效方案能够顺利实施提供保障。帮助BH银行管理人员和员工认识到员工绩效考核的重要性,帮助BH银行有针对性的解决实际问题。促进BH银行全体员工关注企业战略发展要求,顺应业务经营发展需要,提升自身综合素质,以积极的心态,面对挑战,以干事创业的精神,为BH银行的后续发展做出应有的贡献。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, as a new economic form, the digital economy integrates the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and traditional industries, opens up various industries in a cross-border way, integrates and optimizes various factors of production, and is forming a series of new business models. In this process, the business growth of traditional financial institutions is becoming weaker and weaker, while the mass market is still hungry for financial services. This increasingly obvious contradiction is the realistic footnote that the financial industry is facing difficulties at this stage. Faced with the great era of financial intergenerational leap, the role of ideas is greater than everything. As practitioners of the financial industry, we should think hard, practice boldly and explore new ways of financial transformation and development. However, any development is inseparable from people. Only by fully mobilizing people's enthusiasm, giving full play to the role of financial practitioners, and looking forward to the future, can we have more expectations for the banking industry! Under the great challenge of the transformation and development of commercial banks, based on the strategic objectives and operational development goals of BH Bank, this paper analyses the development and personnel status of BH Bank, gives full play to the stimulating and guiding role of performance appraisal for employees, points out the main problems existing in the performance appraisal of BH Bank headquarters staff, and finds out the problems. The reason for the problem is that the view of improving the existing performance appraisal scheme is put forward. The performance appraisal index of BH bank headquarters Department is determined by using the Balanced Scorecard and KPI as the leading method. A new performance appraisal system of BH bank headquarters Department staff is constructed, and the results are applied to performance bonus, position appointment, salary adjustment and post. In terms of rotation and communication, cultivation and development, career planning, supervision and improvement, on-the-job training, compulsory withdrawal and so on, various ways are adopted to guarantee the smooth implementation of the new performance plan. Help BH bank managers and employees realize the importance of employee performance appraisal and help BH bank solve practical problems. Promote all employees of BH Bank to pay attention to the requirements of enterprise strategic development, to meet the needs of business operation and development, to improve their comprehensive quality, to face challenges with a positive attitude, and to make due contributions to the follow-up development of BH Bank in the spirit of entrepreneurship. | |
